This beach home is located in our quietest building set among the surrounding pine forest. The beach is located just a short walk from your front doors and pet owners will love the ease of taking the dog for a walk from this ground floor unit. The large dining room table provides the perfect setting for family meals or games. The large kitchen is well stocked and functions well for multiple chefs. It overlooks the living room and dining room so you are always part of the conversation. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom including jetted tub and separate vanity. Sports court and playground are just a short distance away.




Your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a year-round large outdoor hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. A fenced dog walk area is available for our 4 legged friends behind the clubhouse. Two EV Charging stations through ChargePoint are available for all guests near the clubhouse. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. You'll have a great Vacation by the Sea in Westport in this wonderful vacation home. No worries, it’s time to have fun at the beach!

Oceanside Getaway

Great location. Easy walk to the beach and enjoyable walk to town. Great condo, very clean and well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Beachside paradise

Beautiful condo! Clean and comfortable. Heated pool and hot tub was an added bonus for our rainy day at the beach. Loved watching the deer right outside the door!

Location is terrific, especially if you have a dog. Lots of opportunities to let them run. Residents in the complex were universally nice and fun to talk to. We would do it again.

A mych needed vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is like th 3rd time we have stayed at Westport by the Sea. We drove from Arizona and brought our pups, one 6 and the other almost 14. This unit was in the back corner of the property, so pretty quiet minus the construction we weren't told about. It would have been nice to know this as they were there in the morning and the back area had no porchlight and there were nails and screws all over the ground. The unit was great and had everything we needed. The cute little older couple next door were very nice and their cute little dog Sebastian. The complex is great and has nice amenities and there was a lady working in the clubhouse who said she had been there since 2005 and was full of information. It was easy access to the beach. I grew up coming to Westport every summer so it was so great to be here again and meet up with family too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Quiet Condo

We were worried about renting a ground floor unit in the middle of the building. The last thing we wanted was to hear people above and on both sides. We were pleasantly suprised. The unit was clean, quiet, and had plenty of space for three adults and a labradore retriever. Our only complaint was the bouncing king bed and hard pillows. Next time we'll bring our own pillows. We enjoyed a nice quiet relaxing stay.

Peaceful, beautiful condo near the beach

Condo had lovely decor, kitchen well supplied. Only negative was internet, it was slow and intermittent. Would definitely go back!
