This wide open floor plan has plenty of room to gather and hang out. With views so outstanding and furnishings so welcoming, you may decide to just stay at the house and enjoy the comforts of this fully equipped lakeside dream home.

This custom construction home, The Sapphire House, sleeps 20 and is ideally located on beautiful Norris Lake with stunning panoramic views and breath-taking sunsets. This spectacular lake house has oversized windows and sliding patio doors providing plenty of light and calming views of the lake from both the upper and lower living rooms, most bedrooms, kitchen, upper and lower decks and bar! Our home is situated on a very convenient and well positioned lot that sits high enough to look over the marina docks, but close enough to walk to the included 12 X 30 foot boat slip. If we could get the full service & restaurant Stardust Marina to agree to a zip line, you’d find yourself just 250 yards to the gift shop and restaurant. Until then, we’d recommend walking down through the backyard or jumping in your vehicle for a very quick drive (1/2 mile)! If you don't have boat, no worries! Oasis Watersports at Norris Lake has boat/jet ski rental next to our boat slip.

Our custom home offers many lakefront living options with two decks – the upper level is across the entire home and has covered and uncovered areas, with ample patio seating to enjoy the amazing view. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, slip into our lodge-like, covered porch to still feel like you’re outdoors yet out of the weather. This is a great outdoor space to watch sports or movies on the large screen television. This fantastic home also features a lower-level deck across the entire home that can be used for activities such as corn hole and much more.

Throughout the day, grab your sunscreen and cooler and head down to the crystal-clear emerald water for unmatched fun. This lot has its own path and steps to the marina dock parking lot where the included boat slip is located which makes going to and from the lake easy for the entire family.

The large open kitchen and dining room is fully equipped to handle any occasion, whether it's preparing a holiday feast or simply making memories while sharing evening meals around the massive island or at the large dining room table. The commercial style gas stove top, double oven, beverage cooler, microwave, dishwasher and 2 full-sized refrigerators set the stage for success with easy and convenient meal preparation, storage and clean up. The pantry is attached to the kitchen and includes the second full sized refrigerator. The kitchen and pantry house all the amenities you need for meal preparation- pots and pans, mixing bowls, cutlery, cutting boards, microwave, Instapot, air fryer, 4 slice toaster, electric skillet, blender, food processor, stand-up mixer, coffee pot and Keurig, electric tea kettle and more. There are ample plates, bowls, glasses, and cups, and we provide enough paper plates, napkins and plastic cups to get you started if using the kitchen dishwasher isn’t your thing.

If heading back to the beautiful lake isn’t in the plans after dinner, there are other endless options for building friendships and making memories. Move to the main floor living room with incredible beam enhanced vaulted ceilings, a large television and fireplace and send the kids to the downstairs entertainment area that boasts a large television, ping pong table, foosball table and video arcade. The adult crowd may want to head downstairs themselves to move to the bar that’s located just off the entertainment area complete with its own beverage refrigerator, sink, two televisions and patio door access to the lower deck. Your teens may choose to settle into their own personal space in the bonus area above the garage that features a large screen tv (perfect for attaching their personal gaming device), couch, sleeping area and full bathroom.

Unlike most areas of the lake, communication and streaming are not a problem at The Sapphire House which is equipped with a free fiber optic powered Wi-Fi network that is meshed throughout the entire home. There are 10 large LED televisions spread throughout the house for everyone to watch their favorite streaming shows.

The house comes with a washer and dryer on the main floor in the laundry room, as well as a second washer and oversized dryer downstairs off the recreation room downstairs.

Our home is filled with high end finishes and custom built-ins, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two full and two half refrigerators (two large refrigerators and two beverage refrigerators) and gorgeous plank-style flooring throughout the entire home. Our home also features various area rugs, accents, well thought-out lighting fixtures and upper and lower level living areas where the entire crowd can feel at home and create lifelong memories. Our goal is we want this home to feel like your home!

Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1 – Large master suite on the main level offers a King size bed with windows that showcase views of the lake, right off the well-appointed bathroom is your personal walk-in closet
Bedroom 2 - King size bed on lower-level with on-suite bathroom
Bedroom 3 – King size bed on lower-level with a gorgeous view of the lake and full bathroom right outside the bedroom
Bedroom 4 – Bunkroom on lower-level that offers four custom-built full-size beds. Great for the kids to pile into and provides a gorgeous lake view.
Bedroom 5 – This unique space over the garage is a great space for a family or for the teens on your trip. It has a fold out queen bed and two full beds with its own full bath.

All bedrooms have Smart TVs. The internet service we use is AT&T Fiber Optic with fast enough internet service to stream your favorites movies/shows via all your personal streaming services.

Enjoy the beauty of our side of the lake and mountains any season of the year. This area is much calmer than the northern region of the lake. Take a day trip to Knoxville (10 miles) to the Zoo or dining/shopping, Gatlinburg (60 miles) or Dollywood (60 miles). And we’re less than 10 miles from I75.

Golf courses and hiking trails around the lake and ATV park nearby (Royal Blue - 35 miles). Plenty of shopping for groceries and necessary items in Andersonville.

*********We are booking 7 night stays Saturday to Saturday during prime summer season (mid-June to mid-August) and require a 3-night minimum booking outside that period.

*********Renter must be at least 29 years old and present at the home for the duration of the rental period.

*********Please do not set the AC temperature below 64 degrees Fahrenheit. Setting it lower will not cool the room or house any faster. Ceiling fans are available in most every room to help circulate the cool air and keep you comfortable. All thermostats are smart thermostats and will be reset to 64 degrees if set lower than that to help prevent damage to the system. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
