A perfect romantic getaway!

Our newly-remodeled, comfy cottage is located on the banks of the North Fork of the Holston River. One bedroom with a queen-sized bed, living room, kitchen and dining area, and a lovely south-facing porch.

The cottage is surrounded by our 76 acre property. You'll be nestled in the midst of an old Christmas tree plantation.

The cottage has a nice living room space with 50" flat screen smart TV. The combined full kitchen and dining area contains an electric range and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer for guests to use. The bedroom boasts a comfy queen bed and newly-remodeled full bath with a shower. The covered front porch of the cottage has chairs for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.

We also maintain a network of walking/jogging paths up and down the river and around the property. We regularly see ospreys, eagles, and deer, plus the occasional fox and otter.
