******THE LAKE HOUSE ON GUN LAKE YOU HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR******
This essential lake house sits right on the lake front on what is referenced as the gold coast of Gun Lake due to its perfectly golden sandy bottom beaches and expansive views with the cleanest freshest water on the lake in part to the springs. With no road to cross to the lake and no busy road in your back yard you can sit back and enjoy all the lake has to offer in peace. The large expansive dock complete with loungers give plenty of room for a large group to hang out all day in the water. Plenty of seating on the deck to watch the sunset while cooking on the Weber grill. Inside will not disappoint as it has been completely rehabbed and shows like brand new. Four bedrooms and two and half baths give plenty of comfortable sleeping room with no over crowded rooms and beds stacked on top of each other. The master bedroom features and king size adjustable bed on the main floor, the 2nd bedroom on main floor features a queen adjustable bed, the lakeside upstairs bedroom with incredible views has a queen adjustable bed and the other bedroom upstairs is over sized with large walk in closet and has two queen adjustable beds. The living area sits lakeside with wonderful views has a great sectional couch, two swivel chairs to enjoy coffee by morning and cocktails by night, as well as a 75" tv. The dining and kitchen area are host to brand new appliances complete with dishwasher and a beverage fridge. The large dining table seats 6-7 and the kitchen island accommodates four barstools. Al the kitchen essentials you would need from crockpot, to blender, to serving dishes you will be set. Washer and dryer on site as well for your convenience. Parking is directly in the back yard and has room for up to 5 cars to park. Less than a mile to the famous Bay Pointe Inn Resort and Restaurant. Spent a week here with extended family, everything was great. Lots of traffic on the lake and a bit shallow by the dock, but everything else was perfect! Host was very responsive to any questions, would definitely stay again

AMAZING!!

This place was perfect, we had the grandchildren all under 7, they loved playing in the water daylight to dusk. It was shallow and warm. I love gun lake and hopefully I will be back.

Perfectly Wonderful for 3 Generation Family

Very relaxing get together with our son, DIL and grandkids. Great location. Very nice accommodations and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyable time on the lake swimming, fishing, watching swans, blue herons and geese. Would love to visit in the future. Thank you.

Fun in the Sun!

Very clean house right on the lake with a huge deck. Sunsets were beautiful!Swimming just down a few steps. Water is very clean and bottom is sandy. Jessica responded quickly to all our questions!

Perfect home for a family vacation

This home was everything it claimed to be. Beautiful location, clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable with a very accommodating host. Enough room for everyone to spread out. Our family loves to cook and the kitchen met our needs. With children ages 5-7, the beach area was perfect for them to swim and play. It was a fishing trip for us and the lake did not disappoint. The sunsets were amazing and there was ample outside space to relax. We highly recommend this property.

Family Gathering

The house was gorgeous and fit all of us very comfortably. We all enjoyed the spacious dock that allowed easy access for my two year old granddaughter with spina bifida! had an absolutely wonderful stay at this rental house. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated and spotless everything was. The home was not only stylish but also fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location on the lake couldn't have been more perfect. The view was stunning, especially at sunset - truly a highlight of each day. Our grandkids had the best time swimming right off the dock in the shallow water, which was both safe and fun for them.This was the ideal spot for a family getaway, and we're already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home! Jane O

Perfect Lake Home

10 of us stayed at the Southshore Lakehouse, including young toddler/babies. There was a high chair provided. The property was a perfect spot off the water with chairs to enjoy the views and shallow enough to stand in the water. We were able to put our own boat on the lift. House was clean and beautifully decorated. Host was quick to get in contact with. Walkable to local restaurant. Would recommended to any family looking for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful location, excellent sandy bottom right in front! Lovely home with perfect layout for family! Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen and grill with everything you need! Dock is solid and extra large dock area is perfect for fishing, sunning, and early morning coffee! Beautiful House on the Lake

This house was exactly what we had hoped for. A group of us were in town for a wedding at Baypointe woods and this house was the perfect distance to the main events while being a nice getaway on the lake.
