This large 2 story, 6 bed/6bath private pool home with a full arcade is located in Champions Gate Resort, a vacation home resort with a guarded gate, clubhouse & several community amenities at no additional charge for all ages!

Enjoy a private arcade room located in the fully remodeled garage including air hockey, interactive pop a shot basketball, skeeball and 2 connected race car drivers to race one another!

3 Themed Kids Rooms
✹STAR WARS room features 2 individual twin, LED space pods with their own TVs for your kids to fly off into the galaxy!

♛ PRINCESS Fortress features many of your loved Disney princesses where your princesses will sleep in bunk bed LED castle of their own. Before bed they can enjoy the dress up platform where they can wear their favorite princess dresses, shoes, crowns and jewels- fit for a true princess!

♘TOY STORY Mania features a QUAD bunk bed suited for 4 life size kids to play in either of 2 ball pits while watching their favorite movies. Climbing the life size wooden blocks, they will be immersed with Woody and Buzz themselves!

Cable & streaming services are available on the Smart TV in the living room for your family to enjoy anything you'd like during your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop range and microwave. You'll have access to coffee/tea makers, various bakeware, cookware (such as pots, pans and all the necessary goodies), utensils and dinnerware and much more-this kitchen is fully stocked.

Plastic, child & poolside dinnerware is available as well.

Just off the kitchen space is full private billiard room for the adults to have their own fun while the kids are playing and enjoying the arcade or themed rooms!

You will have access to your own private pool and spa covered with a lanai to keep bug out of your space. The pool does have a basketball hoop with water basketballs for your enjoyment. Floats are not guaranteed and it is strongly recommended to bring your own if they are desired. Pool towels are available, separate from shower towels.

In the backyard you will also have a ping pong table, dining table for 8, pool loungers and a TV to throw on a movie or play your favorite music!

Heading to the pool? We’ve got you covered with pool-safe floats, arm floaties, and even a seated baby pool float for your tiniest swimmer (we aim to have these available for use for all guests, though not guaranteed) . The pool is gated and childproof (sometimes adult-proof too), so you can relax knowing everyone’s safe (adult supervision is always required).

•For property & guest security, we have external door bell camera at entrance and the sides of the home. No internal cameras anywhere inside.

⤹Other Details to Note

*OPTIONAL PAID AMENITIES* PAID AFTER BOOKING IS CONFIRMED!
POOL AND SPA HEAT: Pool and Spa heat can be added for $35 USD/night (highly recommended for winter months from October-April). NOT recommended during the spring/summer months May - September.

When heated, the pool temperature will range between 88-95°F and spa to 104°F (legal maximums), depending on outdoor weather conditions. During summer/warmer months when NOT heated, pool & spa temp will be the same and remain between mid 70s to high 80s depending on weather & humidity.

Please inquire to set this up at least 1 week ahead of your stay.

*Please Note:We will reach out 7 days prior to check-in to confirm if you’d like to add pool & spa heat, which must be confirmed and paid for no later than 3 days prior to arrival to ensure heating during your stay. If pool/spa heat is requested and paid for at least 3 days before arrival, the heater will be turned on by the afternoon of your check-in date and will run 24 hours a day. Once the desired temperature is reached, the heater will cycle on and off to maintain the heated temperature.

Requests made less than 3 days prior to check-in are not guaranteed and the pool/spa will remain at its current temperature upon arrival. Heat can be added after check-in with host approval, based on your length of stay. A $50 service fee will apply in addition to the heating cost to cover the technician’s visit. If the heater was previously off, it may take up to 24 hours for the pool & spa to reach the desired temperature, depending on outdoor conditions.

*Pool Heat May-Sep: With higher/humid temps this time of year, host reserves the right to not offer heat due to guest safety.

*VRBO FEE FOR POOL/SPA HEAT*
VRBO charges a commission and processing fee when additional services are added to a reservation. Because of this, an 8% processing fee will be added to any pool/spa heat payment requested through VRBO

-BBQ GRILL RENTAL: Low as $65 for up to 7 days, subject to availability, please inquire to set this up at least 1 week ahead of your stay. Delivery and pick up included.

⤹We supply a starter pack of the following items:
• Trash bags
• Toilet paper (1 per bathroom)
• Dish soap
• Laundry pods
• Fabric softener sheets
• 1 Paper towel roll
• Travel size shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap per bathroom

This is intended to be a STARTER pack. We are not able to maintain a large supply of these items in the home for our large groups. With all groups of different sizes, agendas and needs, we are not able to accommodate large quantities to be sufficient for your entire group over your entire stay. There is a nearby grocery store that will be able to supply your needs beyond the started pack provided.

Please note, guest safety is our top priority during your stay. The home is located in resort rental community with other renters in the neighboring homes. We do not have any control over other renters or homes. Champions Gate Security is actively patrolling the area and are available 24/7 during your stay. The area is a very safe, family community, however general precautions such as locking home and vehicle doors, not leaving valuables in your vehicles and always supervising children is highly encouraged.

There are no additional fees for access to the community and clubhouses; including the swimming pools, waterparks, volleyball nets, etc. Additional fees apply for cabana rentals inside the clubhouses, the Champions Gate Golf Course, the Mini Put-put Course and other additional paid amenities within the community. Prices vary, please visit the Champions Gate community website for pricing and hours of operation. Current pricing will always be available inside the clubhouse upon your arrival.
