Emerald City Bnb - Cozy Bungalow Mins to Lander University & Self Regional

@Emeraldcitybnb is a newly renovated bungalow. It's super cozy and is set up to ensure you've got everything you need to have a comfortable stay while you're in town.

Just 7 mins to Lander University, this is a great spot to stay while you're in town for Commencement, Athletics or visiting your student. We are also minutes to shopping, dining, Self Regional Hospital and the best of Uptown Greenwood. It's a safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of free parking, and it's close to everything you'll need while you're in town.

Enjoy queen-sized beds with allergen-friendly duvet & pillows, plenty of storage space and ergonomic workstations with charging docks for your devices. Both soft and firm pillows are always on hand for you to choose from. Enjoy as much or as little natural light as you'd like with cordless blinds and blackout curtains. You can settle in for the night and watch tv in the shared living room or in the private guest room (both are 55" Smart TVs).

There's a white noise machine on the bedside table to help you get to sleep, and an oscillating tower fan/heater in the room for use if desired. You'll have shared access to the fully stocked kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and bathroom. Pet friendly! Pets must be up to date on their vaccines. Please include details with pet requests.

Don't want to miss a workout while you're in town? Enjoy your in-room private Peloton, or take a hike on one of the beautiful scenic trails in the area. A local hiking guide is available for all travelers upon request, with guest favorite recommendations.

NEW! We have a large front porch, equipped with a cozy porch swing (max load capacity 500lbs). It's a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee with a book, or spend a lazy Saturday afternoon. There are outdoor pillows available for the swing that we keep inside the house (details in the guidebook).

We have a propane grill in the back yard for guests to enjoy during their stay. BBQ Utensils are kept in the house.

Kitchen includes: fridge, oven/stovetop, microwave, coffee and coffee maker, pour over coffee, hot water kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. We've also added a brand new Instant Pot multicooker and a slow cooker. We keep spices and cooking oil on hand by the stove. Dishes, pots/pans, baking trays, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. Guests have access to fridge, freezer and pantry space for the duration of their stay. Cooking oil, spices, etc. are on hand in the pantry and are available for guest use. We always keep coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine on hand.

On-site laundry includes: access to the washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. There are plenty of hangers in the closet available to help keep business attire wrinkle free during your stay.

Towels and bed linens are provided for guest use.

Full bath features a tub/shower combo. Guests are welcome to enjoy a hot soak in the tub with complimentary epsom salts and a bath caddy. Reservations include luxurious Turkish Cotton towels & plush bathrobe.

We're fairly hands off, but someone is always on call to assist if you ever have any questions. You are welcome to call or text if you need help with self check-in, or if anything else comes up during your stay.

We protect our home with exterior facing security cameras and smart locks, so you will need your cell phone to get in and out of the property. Guests are advised to keep your phone with you at all times throughout your stay, as the doors will auto-lock. Even if you're just running out to the car, be sure to take your phone with you! But if you accidentally lock yourself out, just ring the doorbell and someone will be with you shortly (smile, you'll be on camera)!
