About this space
Walk into a brand new lakeside house that is 40 steps to a boat slip, public lake access, a restaurant, and tackle shop. Fully loaded with all brand new appliances, beds, kitchenware, etc.

* Bedroom 1 - Brand new King bed, private master bath
* Bedroom 2 - Brand new Queen bed
* Bedroom 3 - Brand new Queen bed
* Pull out Queen bed (tempur-pedic) in living room

Access the house using a keypad code.

We are available 24/7 for anything you need, but will leave you alone to enjoy your vacation.
The space
This is a brand new build with no shortage of intentional character throughout the home. Each room is clean, warm, modern, and cozy. The open concept living room and kitchen allow for big groups to all hang out together. We have fully loaded each bathroom with cotton balls, q-tips, makeup removing wipes, makeup towels, tresemme shampoo and Olay body wash. The kitchen is fully loaded with coffee, tea, utensils, mixing bowls, a blender, seasonings and anything else you might need!

Stayed one night before a move to area

Beds were very comfortable, AC worked very well, furniture was well appointed and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Nice view of the lake and very close to a cute restaurant break at the lake.

Clean, Cozy & Comfortable

The cottage was lovely. It was very clean and well laid out so it felt spacious. The screened porch was nice for a morning coffee. The host was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely rent this house again when visiting the area.

Great gathering space and very comfortable accommodation. Everything you could want

It was very nice and an almost new home. Great towels and linens we had everything we would need was provided and then some - it was wonderful. We can suggest a few tweaks about the common area lighting that spills in thru the transoms. Adding a film may be useful but Thank you

Simply Beautiful!

We just returned from spending a couple days here on Lake Greenwood and absolutely adored our stay at the cottage. We traveled to Lake Greenwood as we are looking at retirement areas. The convenience of the property being so close to the lake and town was exactly what we were looking for. All of the modern conveniences of home were at our fingertips. We especially appreciated the surprise dog bowls and toys for our pup Macey to enjoy during the stay. We are booking this site again for a week in December! Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful cottage.
