There is a bathroom immediately off the pool area for easy and convenient access. Additional perks include three refrigerators (kitchen, lanai, and garage), fishing poles, two Apple TV remotes, a wine cooler, and ceiling fans.

Nearby, Cape Coral boasts a great mix of parks, golf courses, restaurants, and shops. You are also conveniently located near shopping and amazing restaurants. Matlacha is six and a half miles away and is a wonderful spot to spend afternoons and evenings and enjoy restaurants, shopping, fishing from bridges, and bars. Located 17 miles away, Bokeelia offers another great spot to fish and numerous restaurants.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
