Cozy coastal condo steps from the beach.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Fully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with fully equipped stainless steel kitchen. Each bedroom have a king sized bed. There is a twin size day bed in the sunroom. There is a tv in each bedroom and the living room with Roku attached. Complimentary Wi-Fi available for the unit. Large private patio overlooking the dunes and street. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset. Steps from the beach with a private walkway and boardwalk. Reading/meditation/sun room off the living area with a day bed for you to find your inner peace. You might get some noise from the street as we are the first building to the right from the entrance. The building is about 25+ years old but we have new sidings, and the unit was remodeled about 5+ years ago.

The home is lacking maintenance, the primary bedroom door wont close. The door and frame are not aligned. Now outside to the wood deck a child would easly slip between the missing balusters and fall to the ground. Or the deck floor board that's not nailed down and is loose right out side the primary bedroom.The microwave dosen't work (yes i check the breakers). The blue kitchen plates had mold/mildew growing on them when we arrived. The pots and pans are garage sale specials, handles loose and cheaply made. Overall this could be a 5 star place. The owner need to put some money into maintenance and repairs.

The condo was spacious and nicely located just outside of the main tourist area.There were many maintenance items that needed to be addressed by the owners including electrical and safety issues. Some of these could be deemed as building code violations. The owner was responsive to messages.

Place was nice. Clean and comfortable. photo and description not quite as it is. you really have to drive to the boardwalk to get to the beach. particularly if you want a chair or anything 'coz carrying it would be a hike for sure. great view of the highway :-) door lock was a bit annoying in that you had to really touch it multiple times for it to wake up to take the code. touch the face, not the button looking thing lol! close enough to town to feel accessable without being "in town" so that was great. I'd stay again at the property.

Great trip!

We loved it here! The condo was clean with plenty of space, a short walk to the beach, and a nice pool - it looked small but was never crowded. The balcony was nice and spacious for sitting and visiting. Our host was very communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Family vacation in the sun

We were blessed to stay in this home for 7 days. We relaxed and enjoyed the beach and pool. The unit is clean, the owner responsive, and we were even happy to leave a few pool noodles and chairs for the next guests. We hid some gnomes for kids to find and re-hide for the next family to enjoy. Happy hunting and God Bless.

Port Aransas get away!

It was a great stay with lots of things very close by! I would recommend brining extra trash bags, paper towels and sponges. The property was clean and right on the beach. The walk was very easy. Would recommend again. Thank you!

Great Visit

Our family stayed here for about three nights. This is an excellent location. All the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.There is a path to take to the beach. You can either walk or drive. We walked each time. The beaches were very nice.

Perfect Getaway!

Had a wonderful weekend stay. This unit was lovely! Super spacious and the patio/deck is absolutely amazing. Comfortable bed. The road noise didnt really bother us and the overall location is great. Quiet. Direct access to the beach. Nice pool and hot tub. The host was wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Great condo! Clean, convenient, easy to get to. Only complaint is the traffics noise as you are right in the highway.

Cozy Costal Condo

The property was ok. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels, cooking pans, plates, dinnerware. The refrigerator worked well, along with showers, and lightings was good. The property was farther from the beach than I had expected. The trail to the beach could have used some signs and lighting, There were insects both dead and alive in the property. Could have used a good vacuuming before we arrived. The traffic noise from the nearby busy road was loud. Made it nearly impossible to sit out and enjoy the beautiful balcony.

A wonderful stay!

This condo was awesome! The nice, cool AC welcomed us on a very hot day! As soon as we walked in we noticed the place was was nice and clean! The beds were comfortable, so we slept good! Great fridge and stove with plenty of utensils, pots and pans. The large balcony was great for hanging out in the afternoon. The property itself was quiet, especially for Memorial Day weekend. Pool was fun, hot tub was HOT! There were plenty of picnic tables and lounge chairs. We loved the private boardwalk to get to the beach. The location made it very easy to drive to Port Aransas and North Padre. Overall it was a 10/10!! We would love to stay here again!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Port Aransas is a beach town that attracts tourist locally and from nearby cities. The condo is about a 10 minutes drive from town so we are further away from the crowd and noise and yet easily accessible by car. We have our own private walkway (approximately 5-ish minutes walk) to the boardwalk leading to the beach. You can drive on this walkway and park at the end of it by the boardwalk (if space is available).
