Nous avons survécu à Harvey !!! Ce condo propre et confortable de deux étages (3 chambres / 2 salles de bain) avec une nouvelle cuisine mise à jour est magnifiquement situé avec vue sur la piscine principale au Coral Cay Condominiums et comprend une vue sur l'océan depuis la chambre principale. Profitez des deux balcons pour le son reposant de la plage ou le début de l'happy hour.

Le golf, la pêche, l'observation des oiseaux, les sports nautiques, le tennis et la gastronomie sont à quelques minutes de cette propriété stratégiquement placée ... apportez simplement votre lotion solaire et vos serviettes de plage !! Cette unité familiale permet la flexibilité de s'amuser sur la plage avec les enfants ou un court voyage pour 18 trous de golf sur un parcours de championnat abordable.

We have stayed at Richard’s place several times now because it’s so lovely—probably the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever cooked in for a VRBO. So close to the beach, so welcoming—we love this spot!

The keys to unlock the door worked extremely poorly, and people were contacted ASAP to get this fixed, but was never fixed during our 2 days. The older couple could NOT ever get the keys to work, so they traveled strictly with us the entire time. The condo was excellent in all ways, location, clean, well decorated, easy access to beach and pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Mike...I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for the heads up about the front lock. My apologize for the inconvenience. The front office was immediately notified of the situation. On-site maintenance attempted to fix the sticky lock the same day; however, it was determined that the scope of work was beyond their means, and a third-party locksmith had to be scheduled, Unfortunately the locksmith was unable to arrive before your departure. The door locks have since been replaced, and the situation has been resolved. It is greatly appreciated contacting me so to have been able to have it working properly for my next guest. I look forward to having you back again soon.

Port Aransas was absolutely amazing ! Condo was great with everything we needed. Weather was picture perfect. Excellent location to short walk to beach and quick drive to downtown with many restaurants and beach bars. Rich was a great host and very responsive with communication. We would love to come back. Highly Recommended !!

Our host was very accomodating when we asked to check in a day early and quick to respond to our questions. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. Especially loved the Breville Espresso machine!

Host was extremely communicative and very helpful. The condo was roomy and well appointed. Do be prepared for lots of stairs, but no major issues. Property is close to the beach and to town. Easy to get anywhere you want with a cart rental, which will deliver and pick up from the condo if you want. Great stay!

Excellent location, quiet property and great view from balcony!

The place was just as described and had everything we needed. Having 2 pool areas was a huge plus! The view of the beach and the boardwalk from the third balcony was much better than pictured. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here.It is spacious and clean with comfortable beds .The pool is clean and has a deep end of 7 foot for my son who is 6’2 which he enjoyed. It’s quiet and close to the beach . The host check in on us . We will definitely come back .

The location is very convenient for access to the beach with the boardwalk only a couple minutes walk and resturants and shopping only a few mintues drive away. The space was big enough for our group of 6 adults to spread out. Richard was very informative with his instructions about theromstat directions, wifi, tv, bluetooth speaker system etc.
