Two bedroom apartment only 1 km from the sea with comfortable 55 square meters, perfect for accommodating small group of 4Â persons.Â
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities for a great dining experience including a stove with 4 burners, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and toaster.Â
The main room is air-conditioned with lots of natural light and a possibility of lowering the blinds. A sliding window door leads to a big balcony with a retractable awning great for dining or hanging out, especially in the evening as you watch sunset over the sea.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with a window and blackout curtains, a fan, and a luggage stand. The main bedroom is bigger and has a queen bed (160cm) with a firm supportive mattress, while the smaller bedroom has 2 single beds (90cm) with the same type of mattress.Â
Regarding the tech, you have fast internet and a 55" SMART TV with satellite channels, as well as free Netflix and Prime Video.

The apartment is located in a small peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by other apartments and local residents. Only 1 km to the beach, sea, hotels, restaurants, and other tourist attractions and facilities which are easily accessible by car or by walking. From the neighbourhood, you can easily drive to to center of PoreÄ or use a bypass to avoid all traffic and get out of the PoreÄ.
Across the street there is a "forest" where you can walk your dog during hot weather. Nearby there is also a playground for dogs, supermarket (Plodine) and a restaurant.
