Situated in Port Elgin & located 30 minutes from PEI, 30 minutes from Moncton and 5 minutes from the town of Port Elgin for amenities. Lots to explore here especially when the tide is out for lovely beach walk. 10 mins to a local winery.
The space
The entire house is yours, and sites on 2 acres of private property, and a private beach. Includes 3 bedrooms. On the main floor; primary bedroom - with ensuite and laundry. Main living areas has two couches, one couch is a pull out. Second level includes 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Total of 3 beds. Configuration: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with a double bed. Amazing area, tide comes in and wonderful for swimming. While tide is out, the beach sand is perfect to walk on, play games and enjoy the extension of the property. Lots of upgrades for 2025 to the outdoor area, deck, improved firepit and new rocks along the waterfront. Pictures will be uploaded soon.
