Very cute, clean and comfortable home! Lots of games and things to keep you entertained. We enjoyed playing ping pong and fishing in the pond. This was our second time staying here and we are looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The hosts were outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.During our stay, a major power outage affected the area, and the hosts immediately brought us lanterns to use until the power was restored later that evening. They stayed in constant communication, keeping us updated and making sure we were comfortable throughout the situation.Their hospitality and attentiveness truly made a difference. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again!

This was an excellent place to stay. It was just what they said it would be. The place was one of the cleanest place I have stayed in. Very peaceful surroundings. Would highly recommend it.

Family Wedding

Our first time visiting Arkansas for a family wedding. This was a nice quiet place to stay and nice antique and flea market options to explore nearby.

This place was absolutely perfect for my family! Loved how the owners went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing. My kids absolutely loved the pond. They fished every day and we had s’mores at the fire pit. We are already talking of planning another trip here.

Although we did not get to enjoy the outdoor activities due to rain, we loved our stay and plan to return the next time we visit Arkansas. The house was absolutely wonderful, very clean, and adorably decorated. The beds are firm, but surprisingly comfortable. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches, like the stocked coffee bar and snacks. Communication was great and hosts are very friendly. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Perfect Home Away From Home!

My family has moved down to Quitman from Illinois so my daughters and I needed a place to stay while visiting. I was pleasantly surprised to see this gem pop up and it was only 8 minutes from where my family live! I’m usually a nervous traveler, but the amount of communication I had with the owners prior to our departure set my mind at ease. Another thing that made me feel safe were the security cameras on property. Walking in, the house was a comfortable and cool temperature and there was a handwritten note and snack basket from the owners! They also had a binder with photos, local menus, local numbers, and house information nearby. The house is adorably decorated and my girls loved looking at all of the details. I spent my quiet mornings on the deck watching birds. My mom, dad, and aunt joined us for our last day there and we enjoyed sitting by the pond and fishing if we wanted along with using the ping pong table. I can’t wait to stay again! Thank you Green Acres!

We absolutely loved our stay at this precious country cabin! Every handpicked piece of décor made it feel so warm and inviting, from the charming hen-on-the-nest to the softest, coziest blanket. You can tell so much thought and love went into every detail.Our host was incredibly gracious and generous, even leaving us fresh eggs from the farm, which was such a special touch. Our whole family had a wonderful time fishing in the stocked pond, making memories we’ll cherish for years to come.The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer! We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this little slice of country paradise again. Highly recommend!

Very nice VRBO farm house rental, was very clean and felt like home. Was perfect location to visit family and pond was great for kids to fish. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again when I return. Host was very easy to contact with questions or concerns.
