Enjoy your Greers Ferry lake get away at this brand new 3-bedroom, 3-bath lakefront home. Sleeps up to 9 people. Upstairs has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are amazing lake views through-out with a large outdoor deck. There is a separate living space downstairs in addition to the third bedroom and bathroom. The downstairs has a shuffleboard, poker table, arcade table and big screen TV. The back patio downstairs has a hot tub that overlooks the lake. Every room has a Smart TV. High speed fiber optics internet is available. This property includes a fully stocked chefs kitchen with gas stove and oven along with a plumbed Kuerig coffee pot. Downstairs there is a wet bar with ice maker, additional coffee pot, microwave and under the counter fridge that makes this home great for multi families. Outdoor gas grill available to use. There are 2 kayaks and a paddle board available to use as well as a ping pong table in the garage. The upstairs and downstairs has a gas fireplace. There is a closet full of games for family fun! Rain or shine you’ll have plenty to do. Home is nestled in the trees with lots of privacy and has stunning views of the lake. A neighborhood boat ramp is available. This home can be enjoyed all year!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and clean. We loved having direct access to the lake, as well as the amenities of the game room and hot tub. The view was gorgeous. We will definitely try to be back!

This lake house was exceptional: breath-taking views, a vast amount of amenities, and overall gorgeous home. Lori and Brandon were excellent hosts as well! Highly recommend!

This was an absolutely great family weekend- the house was beautiful and set up with so many amenities, from the fully stocked entertainment den to the fire pit stocked with firewood. These hosts thought of everything. I Would definitely bring my family back again for more relaxing time on the lake in this beautiful property.

This has been the BEST house that we have ever stayed in. The hosts had everything we could’ve thought of and more and were so accommodating. This was the first time our family had gotten together in over 7 years and we didn’t want to leave. The laughs from the games and peacefulness of sitting on the balcony starring out across the lake was just stunning. Thank you so much Lori and Brandon we will be back many times!!! I would suggest this home to everyone looking for a fun time!!!

The place exceeded expectations and was very comfortable for 3 families with 1 kid each. Each kid was ages, 5, 6, & 7. They had a blast. The view of the lake was so beautiful. We rented a pontoon from Lacey's Marina and even saw the house from on the boat! We were very please with the house and all of the amenities. The appliances were top notch and honestly couldn't believe how nice everything was.

This house was amazing. So beautiful and the location was perfect-right on the lake! We stayed for the July 4th weekend and the fireworks were the best on the lake. This house is NEW. We had all the comforts. No detail was left out. Great communication. Loved the lights on the steps going down to lake. Breathtaking views from upper & lower deck. Wish we had more time there. The games downstairs are one of the best perks. We will be renting again.

We have stayed at many many places in this area. The design of this house was perfect. One of the best features was two master bedrooms on different levels of the house. The view is amazing. The hot tub is amazing and access to the lake is super easy. This house had all of the features that we look for when we rent in this area.

My husband and I built this property for our retirement home. Only problem is we don’t retire for 10 years so we wanted to have others come and enjoy it while we can’t. It took us 3 years to build and have put all the things in it that we thought we needed to enjoy our retirement years and to enjoy memories with our kids and grandkids. Family is most important to us and nothing better than enjoying the simple things in life like fishing and nature and a good ole family bonfire with hot dogs and smores.
