The Space:
Conveniently located near Microsoft, Audubon Elementary, parks, shops, restaurants, and downtown Redmond/Bellevue.

This is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, with total about 2350 square footage.

Roomy, Clea and Convenient

My wife and I had a nice stay. Check-in and communication was great for a really clean and roomy home. It's also very well located with easy drives to local restaurants.

Redmond neighborhood gem

Beautiful neighborhood home in great location. Nicely updated and maintained home, nestled among old growth pines and cedar trees. Off of a busy and sometimes noisy main road, but still felt cozy. Very clean, nicely modern, roomy updated bathrooms and kitchen. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Great deck off of kitchen overlooking lovely back yard with trees. Only suggestions would be to add a little more seating in living room-we had 6 people and there was only 1 sofa seating 3. We ended up at the kitchen table or on the deck, but in colder weather that won’t work. Also could use box of tissues in each bath. Otherwise it was a perfect time, and the host was very responsive when we needed a couple of items, she had them delivered promptly. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

12/10 highly recommended compared to hotels

Hotels were all booked due to a tech conference. The actual house exceeds the listing photos. There is more than enough space for a family, the ceilings are also high. I brought my own soap and towels after previous bad experiences from vacation rentals- they were not needed whatsoever. The hosts provided an abundance of towels, and toilettries. I personally was not loud or having a party, but for a get together if the group has etiquette this would be the perfect location. It is a very quiet and private location, 1000x better than staying at the Bellevue hotels and running into people. Somilar or less price to a 4 star hotel stay anywhere and far more benefits. Host also responded very quickly when I had some questions. I visit every 1-2 months for work and will request to stay here first. Uber and Uber eats also arrive quickly.

Horrible!

We chose this property over others because of the yard. We wanted a place to relax after a long event, and the photos of the yard were beautiful. What we found was a filthy deck and furnishings stacked on each other - Stained and dirty. The Fridge "filter" light was on. The carpet has numerous stains - look to be dog pee stains. Surprising since they ask guests to bring house shoes. When I reached out to him, the response from Xin*, The contact person was formulaic at best. He did send someone to clear the furnishings on the evening of our second night. But not all the cushions were cleaned so we did not have a set of chairs that we could all sit in, and could not use the space. The inside furnishings are minimal not comfortable seating for 4 in the living room. There was garbage from previous guests under 2 beds in different rooms. I asked for the cleaning deposit back, and he refused, stating that they did not say in the description of the property that they would be clean ("outdoor furniture is not considered a primary utility or essential amenity ") Not to mention all the time I had to spend on the issues. A couple of things that were not an issue for us, but that you may want to know. The property is on a busy and at times noisy corner. And random cars often park out front to eat or read etc. Also careful on the stairs out front there is dry rot in places. Some parts of the deck are also sketchy.(Xin is an owner of the 2Plus LLC which has 4 partners.)

I had stayed here in the spring and was glad it was available for this trip. Home is clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Had an issue with entry code but got a reply within a couple minutes from owner to help us enter the house. We'll keep this place as a favorite
