Great Stay Away from the Madness!

Came here for an adult women’s trip (everyone 35) in the off season. Property was very nice, loved the hot tub, communication with PM was very easy and they were very responsive.

We spent the week for our 2025 family vacation (8 people and 2 dogs) The house was amazing, we had plenty of room for everyone. The teenagers enjoyed the ping pong table and hot tub every night. Sunsets on the roof deck were so beautiful. Loved the fact that the backyard is fenced in for the dogs. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

This property is spacious and well kept. The host has taken care to provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that thought went into equipping the house with almost everything a vacationer may need or want for that location. We brought along supplies of our own that we could’ve left at home. It’s well laid out with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. We’d love to stay there again.

Great spot

This house had everything we needed. We stay in 5-6 rentals a year and within an hour of arrival my wife said, "this is the best place we have ever stayed." The rooftop hot tub was excellent, the spaces were well appointed and the bedrooms were great. Having 4 full baths were a lot for us but could easily see this house hosting a family reunion with 3-4 families having ample room. We had a Sunday sauce for 12 and had enough pots pans and settings for everyone easily!. Already looking to stay again

Shore getaway

We had a good time at the property. Plenty of room and bathrooms. The hot tub was popular. Some of the pots and pans were not clean. We also had a problem with fruit flies. However, the management team was very responsive and pest control came promptly. This property has multiple steep stairways. Not great for older guests.

Great home away from home!

Everything about this property exceeded my expectations! Not only were ALL of the advertised things available, there were a lot of extra touches that made our stay even better, and were so appreciated! Games, plenty of towels were available for the amount of the people staying to use for showers and hot tubing, hot tub/beach glassware, a fully stocked kitchen, bagged ice was in the freezer (which was something we forgot to buy), plenty of coffee pods/tea/dry creamer, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, good quality shampoos and soaps…they seriously have thought of it all! The home is spacious and well set up for a large group of people. We had 7 people/3 families staying there and there was more than enough space and privacy for all of us. Most of all, the property management company they have used to look after the Vrbo, specifically Michael Anderson, did a fantastic job of staying connected before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was seamless! We were traveling from Colorado with a baby and I inquired about whether a pack and play was available at the home. They did not have one available, and a few days before our trip, I asked Michael if I was able to ship a pack and play to the property. He told me one would be available for our stay, and it was delivered from Target right before we arrived. Great experience!

We rented this property for the roof top hot tub. I specifically, asked the Host if the hot tub was up and running. He assured me that it was. The photo of the hot tub is obviously, when it was new. The cover was ripped, only one side of the tub had jets that were slightly functional. It smelled and had sand in the bottom. When I contacted the host regarding this, I was told their vacuum was broken and that they ordered a new one. They did send a staff member over to test the water and supposedly clean the tub. We tried to use the tub but, it still had sand in the bottom. It was gross and not relaxing. We only went in once. The new vacuum did arrive and I brought it into the foyer. However, no one came back to use it. The house itself, smelled musty and dirty. I had to wipe everything down. From light switches, door handles, remotes, bathrooms and the kitchen. Everything was sticky. The floors were in need of a good steam cleaning. The mattresses were coil, very cheap.It was equivalent to lying in a hammock. The water in the upstairs bathroom sink and shower were slow to drain. Things were broken. The toilet seat was loose, the toilet paper holder was loose and falling over, the shower buddy was broken as well, and light bulbs were out over the mirror. The WiFi and internet were turned off at midnight. Due to the bill not being paid. They had to send someone to install a new router. This property is listed as exceptional, and it is, at that! Exceptionally, disappointing!
