Boasting a spacious living size of over 2700 sq ft, it sits in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and it is so much conveniently located that it has easy access almost to everywhere...within a walking distance to Costco and the shopping complex, five mins drive to Highway 404, and ten mins drive to Bond Lake trail and Wilcox Lake attractions.
☞ We host for quiet stays only in order to respect the neighbors and ensure as minimal disturbance to them as possible. Please get aware of our house rules prior to a booking, thank you!

Excellent choice for a place to stay! The home was clean, well stocked with extra towels, bed clothes, dish liquid and paper products. Extra perks like a keurig and air fryer in the kitchen were great. It made for an easy week and a very comfortable stay. Home is spacious and well kept and in a lovely location.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at this property. The house was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for by the hosts. Everything was organized, comfortable, and in excellent condition, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.The location was another major highlight—conveniently situated close to a shopping center, restaurants, and amenities while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home in a fantastic location.

Wonderful property just as shown. The home is lovely, great amenities with everything that's needed, and the host is attentive and very responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Host was very prompt in responding to our texts. The place was more spacious than the pictures. Clean , comfortable . Location was 5-10 min walk to Costco, Mediterranean grocery , Dollarama. Kitchen was pretty complete to cook meals . There were 2 flights of stairs and bedrooms were on the 3rd floor so renters need to be able to maneuver . Overall , great stay . We had a mini high school reunion and made wonderful memories in comfy digs ! Would stay here again and definitely recommend to friends / family .

Thank you for your beautiful home. Clean, peaceful , quiet , have everything we needed.  White towels , just wishing the bedding was white.. but seems good quality uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely like to stay again…

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with supplies that help you feel at home. The full set of cooking/baking utensils, dinnerware, condiments, and paper products helped us take advantage of the kitchen during our stay. We also appreciated the many comfortable throw blankets and extra pillows/bedding which helped us feel comfortable. The dedicated office space separated from other living areas was also convenient for working from home. The host is very responsive and quick to answer any questions you may have. The location is also very close to shopping, dining, parks, and transit.We had a wonderful time during our stay and hope to return in the future.

Great place for family to stay!

The property is immaculate...Like New! We truly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, nice furnishings, lots of bedding and towels. Owner was quick to respond to all of our questions. Great location-close to shops and restaurants, easy access to the highways. Quiet neighborhood. Just a note, there are a lot of stairs in the property.

Great spot

The place was very clean and spacious, although I did reserve it because it was listed as being able to sleep 10. There was not a pull out couch that could sleep 2 people, and one of the couches would not sleep a tall person comfortably. We did enjoy our stay, but I think “sleeps 10” is a stretch.

We thank you for your stay but not so much aprreciate your comment as well as you group's irresponsiveness during the stay! The house is comfortable to stay for 5~6 guests, and maximum up to 10 with some setup needed for extra beds. We were attentive to answer questions or give instructions if needed during your stay, and had been trying so many time to contact you since your arrival, but ZERO message received from your group till left, no even a small polite greeting!…The arrangement for extra beds has actually been well prepared, and you should have just asked.
