Newly renovated one story house, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and parking for up to four vehicles (two on driveway, two on street).
Beautifully landscaped with large patio with gas grill and gas firepit, fully fenced in yard for your pet.
Large living room with electric fireplace and 70" smart TV with surround sound.
Kitchen is fully stocked, coffee/tea, kitchenware.
Two bedrooms contain queen size beds, third bedroom has a twin/queen bunkbed. Bedrooms and living room have smart TV.
Minutes from downtown Durham, Duke University and Hospital, DPAC, Durham Bulls, and American Tobacco Campus.

This is a lovely home that is well appointed. The backyard has a wonderful seating area with a fire pit. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again if we are in the Triangle.

Nice modern house

We had no issues with our stay. We were there for a few days to visit colleges so it was perfect for our needs. The house was very clean. It has obviously been recently renovated as everything looked nice and new. The outdoor area needs some cleaning or some towels to use the seats.

Home away from home

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable

We had a wonderful stay. We were in Durham for family weekend at Duke. The house was beautiful, clean, great location and very comfortable. It’s only 3.5 miles from Duke and very close to all the great restaurants and shopping in Durham as well. We are looking forward to hopefully booking again when we come back as a family. Thank you!

Comfortable Stay

We stayed for a few days after losing power and water from Hurricane Helene in our hometown. The house is newly remodeled, extremely clean and very comfortable. We were basically just there to catch up on work and the Internet/Wi-Fi was great. We did not really use the outdoor areas or explore the surrounding neighborhood, but we were very comfortable in the house. My only feedback would be that more cooking utensils would be nice and better hangers in the closets.

We stayed there to be close to Duke for several days after my husband’s surgery. It had all we needed. Felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Modern flare in Durham, was all it shows and more. Family who visited was impressed.

Property was clean with modern conveniences and in a central location in Durham. The mini master bedroom even had USB hookup from the lamp. Each bedroom had a flat screen TV, 2 of the 3 bedrooms had dressers for cclothing. Area was quietand mostly without disturbance.

Enjoyable stay. Exceeded expectations. Lovely property.

Excellent renovation, and well appointed. Very, very clean. A binder with operating instructions for TV would have been helpful. We could only watch net flix. Bugs and mosquitos in trash bins. Our first impression when we backed into the driveway. perhaps a different location? not so close to front door? Shower in master needs repair. turns off when adjusting temp. refrigerator making growling noise. needs attention. we hope to be your guest in the future.
