The facilities, location, comfort and cleanliness were fantastic. Cosy and easy with a courtyard. A great place to stay near shops and stations. There are stairs down to the apartment as it is a basement apartment which I didn't know about until we arrived.

Maria who met us at the apartment was very thorough in how everything in the apartment worked. One surprise we had was her comment about closing the blinds and ensuring everything is locked before we went out. Locking everything up was not a surprise but we wondered about ensuring the blinds were down.This is a basement apartment requiring access via a door onto a small landing at the top of steep stairs. It is rather a challenge with heavy suitcases.The outdoor area was very nice a private and the kitchen was very well equipped. The apartment is a short walk to the Royal Oak Underground Station. All in all very good place to stay in London.

The flat is in an amazing location, and is super-clean! It has anything you could possibly need--the most generously stocked flat I've stayed in. Beds were incredibly comfortable, and Maria was so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this flat for cleanliness, comfortableness, and location.

What a great flat in the outskirts of central London. Place was immaculate, quiet, great location close to transportation, comfortable bed and well appointed. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Our host Maria greeted us at the apartment and showed us all the amenities. The apartment has excellent amenities and is near shopping and restaurants and about a 5 minute walk from the subway, making it easy to get around London. There is a nice garden at the back which provides a nice quiet area for relaxing.

Beautiful garden apartment

Very lovely apartment with an outdoor garden on square. Every convenience one could want in a long or short stay. The manager Maria was fantastic. We really felt like we were home.

Great Location, Veey ckose to Tube and Buses

Property was clean and well stocked. Bed was large and very comfortable. Small gardan patio was a great feature. On our last morning a fox came and made himself at home on the patio.

Easy access from LHR to Paddington - short walk to rental unit from there. Everything is as advertised! Nice outdoor area, too. Maria, the manager did a great job in explaining all aspects of the rental unit. Thank you for a lovely stay
