Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. - Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

This condo is super modern but cozy and beautifully decorated! The rooms and bathrooms are big and luxurious and the beds were so comfy! The owners really thought of every detail and had items we needed- its super close to the main attractions also! Loved the hot tub and peace and quiet of the area. We will be back! Thank you for everything!

Charming, Clean, and Comfortable

We absolutely loved The Blanco. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was central to everything we wanted to do in and around Fredericksburg. The welcoming snacks and wine were a nice touch to see upon arrival, and having no cleaning duties other than to take out the trash was an added bonus at the end of our stay. Highly recommend and would return to this property if we're in the area again!

The house is absolutely beautiful and so well put together. Everything you need is there and ready to go. Probably one of my best experiences. Great communication, easy check in and check out process, and relatively clean for the most part. Every detail was accounted for and would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic!

My son and a few friends stayed here during an engagement dinner weekend. They had a lovely time! The property is updated, clean, beautiful, and filled with hospitality touches!

Birthday Weekend

We took a birthday trip for the weekend and had the pleasure of staying at the Blanco. The location was great, close to restaurants and not far from Main Street. The Blanco was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again and recommend to our friends and family.

Mother's Day Get-A-Way Weekend

Overall, the home was very lovely and looked just like the pictures online. I feel that there was thought that went into the decor and possible needs of each guest. Cleanliness and location to everything was great! The only two thing I would change would be to give the home a little more privacy in front. The door is glass and the windows on each side or completely uncovered. Cars coming down the street kept shining their lights into the home and I felt uneasy about being on display while in the kitchen. Frosted glass would help. Also maybe adding a chair in the larger bedroom so you can sit. It is very spacious so there's room. Other than that, I would definitely rent again. I appreciate the communication and directions that were given.

The best VRBO I’ve stayed in!

This place is such a fantastic VRBO! The layout, the decor, the goodies, and amenities. Very clean, easy to check in and SUPER easy to check out! Awesome place! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again! Will be recommending friends here!!

Perfect Stay at The Blanco – Cozy, Clean, and Charming!

We recently stayed at The Blanco in Fredericksburg, and it was absolutely perfect for our trip! The two-bedroom, two-bath layout was ideal for our group — plenty of space to relax and enjoy without feeling crowded. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bathrooms were spotless and felt very new, stocked with soft towels and great amenities. The home itself was charming, blending modern touches with rustic Fredericksburg style. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out to explore. We especially loved the cozy living area, which was perfect for winding down at the end of the day with a glass of wine. Location-wise, The Blanco couldn't have been better — just a short drive (or even a walk!) to Main Street, wineries, and restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful at night, which made for wonderful, restful sleep. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book The Blanco again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish home base in Fredericksburg!

Exceptional Stay

The house was clean, new and modern. I love how much thought was put into everything that maybe needed. The area was quite and peaceful and the location was perfect. We will be retuning and planning to stay here again.

Truly Great Experience

We loved everything. The house was even better than the online images--we were instantly comfortable and relaxed. All the features from large bedrooms, walk-in showers and closets, a beautiful open-plan kitchen/living room, fun interactive fireplace, and the complimentary gift basket--with 2 local wines and snacks--made our stay so wonderful. We chose to cook in the well equipped kitchen and use the large kitchen island for prepping. After a day of hiking Enchanted Rock, the hot tub rounded out the day and was fairly private. I would suggest adding some towel/robe hooks for convenience. I commend our host, Charlotte, for her warmth, help, and professionalism, thank you.
