Oceanfront, with Catalina Island in the distance, the gorgeous sunset views are yours for the taking from the spacious picture window. Whether you want to lounge in the sun with your friends or the kids build sandcastles, there is fun for all to be had in the surf & sun. The light and bright living room has an l-shaped couch with swivel chair & rattan coffee tables which are perfect for family game nights and late night chit chats. Enjoy your favorite movies on the large flat screen TV and snuggle up with your loved ones. The main level features a large brick-hearth fireplace as the room's focal point.
In the dining area you will find a large round table, which seats six chairs to accommodate your whole crew. The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances with quartz counter tops and all you need to make delicious home cooked meals is within reach. Start your mornings off with a cup of coffee, whip up family favorites for a picnic style lunch on the beach, or end the day with a cozy dinner listening to the rhythmic sounds of the ocean waves. The memories are yours for the making! A half bath is just around the corner from the living area, at the base of the stairs, and holds small details which make the space feel like home away from home!
When ready to relax and unwind after the day's adventures, head upstairs to get some rest in one of the four bedrooms. At the end of the hallway you will find the master bedroom providing a comfortable king bed and private bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The remaining three bedrooms share the full hall bathroom with walk-in shower. One of the additional bedrooms contains a king bed with desk while the other two bedrooms provide 2 twin beds in each. All bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with premier linens for your ultimate comfort. This home comfortably sleeps eight people.

Staircase/Accessibility - This unit is a split-level Home. The home has (3) sets of stairs. (1) to enter the home from the garage (1) to enter the home from the front door and (1) to access the bedrooms as seen in the living room photo.
Air-Conditioning This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.
Parking Details We provide (1) Garage Parking Spots (Small or mid-size only NO SUV's) (The garage on the left belongs to the renters on the 1st Level)
Laundry A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

The inside of the house is definitely nicer than the outside. If you don’t have a small car, parking is very difficult as you can’t park at house. The top part doesn’t have access to the balcony as it’s locked. Wish we had access to sit out there early mornings and late evenings.luckily the lower tenants were very nice and we all sat on there balcony.

We stayed here over the 4th of July and had a great time overall. The house was clean, in a perfect location, and the management was responsive. That said, for the price, we expected it to be a little better appointed. There weren’t any wine glasses, the pots and pans made cooking a bit frustrating since everything stuck and 2 of the larger beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. The outside of the house could use some upkeep, and one of the tubs had plaster coming up. With a few small upgrades, this place could be amazing.

Great location with plenty of space for family
Overall this home met our needs. We traveled with my parents in their 70’s, two teenagers and a ten year old. There are a lot of stairs so if getting around is an issue this is not the home for you. Four bedrooms was great especially with two rooms having king beds. There was a half bath right inside the entry door so that was nice when running in from the beach. I do want to note because I was not aware that if you’re in the upper unit which is what this is you will not have access to the rooftop patio or lower patio. This was not known ahead of time and a huge disappointment. Secondly the garage is very short so only a small compact car can fit in it and parking near by is not free most of the time. The exterior of this home could use some tlc but living on the water I know that causes rust and deterioration. There was not enough beach towels for the size of the home, not enough toiletries given and toiletries left were very cheap for the price per night of this rental. The kitchen lacked the essentials as there wasn’t even any salt & pepper. It would be almost impossible to cook here without having to buy a lot of things. There was a liquor store/convenience shop across the street as well as a coffee shop and a few eateries. Overall our experience was good and we saw many dolphins right outside this home.
