Staircase/Accessibility This unit is a split-level Home. The home has (2) sets of 6 stairs. (1) to enter the home from the garage (optional) and (1) to access the bedrooms as seen in the living room photo.
Air-Conditioning This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.
Parking Details We provide (2) Garage Parking Spots (Small or mid-size only NO SUV's)
Laundry A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Pet Policy This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

Labor Day week
My now wife and I got married 9/4 and we were looking for a place to stay with all of our immediate family. This place was able to room all of us and we had a couple extra beds. Plenty of room and plenty of space. The beach access was awesome!

Great for large family. We took both top and bottom of house. Kitchen had almost everything you would need. Bedrooms were very roomy with great closet space if needed. Very clean, loved having an extra fridge in the garage along with extra beach chairs and boards. View and beach were amazing. We had nine G-kids with us they loved walking down to the rocks and looking from crabs.We just had to make sure the kids showered off down the side - walkway and not on the patio as the drains did not work and we ended up with a large puddle of water in the middle of the patio. Also, the roof top is not accessible.
