Amenities include a finished basement with pool table, garden and patio with propane grill and hammock, plus two porches.
Two blocks away from North Broadway, this neighborhood is a great place for walks taking in the historic architecture. It is a residential, quiet neighborhood and very convenient to the shops and restaurants downtown. There is a playground two blocks away, Northside Playground.

I am a native Saratogian and love where we live in the Northside neighborhood. While the house looks like a 1800s Victorian, it is actually built in the early 2000s without the downsides of an old home like a damp basement or creaky floors.

It is a great location in the City very close to Broadway but also far enough away from the noise and crowds on the East side of the City.
