The house was beautiful and welcoming, so cozy! We enjoyed the proximity to downtown for walking. Kitchen had anything you could need for coffee, tea, toast, microwave for reheating. We were happy to be able to cook our ouwn breakfasts and make our own sandwiches in the charming kitchen. Adam contacted us a few days in advance and check-in was simple. Adam was also responsive when we were puzzled by surprise valentine balloons and treats (from the previous weekend's renter). He also made sure some lights were on to welcome us when we were running late and the sun was going down. Thanks again for sharing your home Adam! We hope to come back next year!
Happy Valentine's Day! LOVE the entry for coats and shoes!

Love the neighborhood. Walked everywhere - the track, shops, restaurants, bars. House is cozy - with very functional kitchen. Plenty of parking space. Homeowner Adam was very accommodating.

As always a great experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay again this year, my fourth time in this wonderful house/location. Had a nice conversation with Adam and loved my walks around town, despite the cold weather. A can't loose experience.

Perfect Saratoga location

Check-in was confusing b/c no one told us where to find t he key to the front door. The keypad instructions did not open the door. House was very clean. Kitchen was spotless, nice dishes and utensils available. Coffee maker was too confusing and did not work. Consider Keurig using coffee pods, less mess and easier to use. Some games and toys for kids available. Could consider a brighter light in dining room for games or card playing. Nice grill though we did not use it. Bathtub was very slippery
.non-slip mat or tub grids would be great. Also some instructions regarding tub water temp control. Nice tv, heat very responsive as house was cold when we first arrived. Furniture in living room and porch were very comfortable. Front porch was so nice. Mattresses in larger beds could use some reconsideration. One of the larger beds made loud creaking noises at every move. Wonderful location, walk to town, race track etc. consideration for a folder that contained menus from suggested restaurants
.and a map of the town and suggestions for things to do and see. We found these we available in town but it would have been great to have them beforehand . All in all we enjoyed our stay and would revisit this house
parking for 3 cars off street was great.I know this is a very specific review, however, one us us rent a house at the shore for years so we are sharing some ideas that would enhance this adorable house. Goal: super host for the owner. Owner very responsive.

Adam's home ...

was perfect for our family of 4 and Adam is a fantastic host. The home is quintessential Saratoga. If looking for a charming, easy to live-in space for your trip to Saratoga, I highly recommend Adam's place.

We had a great time

We had a wonderful day. This house was a perfect size for my family of five and everyone was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed and the communication with the host was excellent! The location is perfect.

First time in Saratoga

Location was ok but not ideal. We had to drive everywhere except the race track. The first level of the house was in ok condition. The upstairs was very old and looked like no work was done since house was built. The entire house shake just by walking around the upstairs level. The add shows the backyard has a grill but the yard has not been clean in a very long time and grill was not functioning. The coffee maker was very old and did not worked. We communicated this to owner and he brought filter but that still did not worked. The towels were original white but they were so old the color had already fained, they look more like brown. The furniture in the porch was dirty and very old. Our smoke alarm went off and owner came to the house right away, this was very nice of him and appreciated the quick response. Thank you

Family reunion

We stayed in home with son from Las Vegas and 2 granddaughters from Pennsylvania. Another granddaughter and 2 great grandchildren live in Gansevoort and came over to be with us. Because it rained the whole time we were there, we happily stayed in the house all day. Nice toys for the young children, very well equipped kitchen, wonderful furnished front porch. A sweet little cottage that served us very well. Would recommend a grab bar in the tub for the benefit of seniors.

Great place good location.

Overall a nice place to stay. The only drawback is it only having one bathroom. We made it work and had a great stay!! Close enough to walk downtown with absolutely no issues! Host answered messages immediately! Thanks Adam.

Came for a wedding

The house is adorable and well located, would definitely be a great place to stay for the horse track as well when in season. I especially loved the covered front porch for coffee in the morning. Beds and linens were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, tv and living room all good. Would stay again

Saratoga weekend!

The house was extremely clean and had any amenities you would need. It was an easy walk to the heart of Saratoga and a short drive to all the other beautiful places there are to visit. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.

Steps from downtown, sweet house and responsive hosts

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. Spent most of our time on the front porch since the weather was so great. We were so close to everything, including the racetrack although it is pre-season. Would love to come back to see a race somethime.
