Place was very clean and in a good area. It is on a pretty steep hill, just a warning for those on a bike.

The sunroom was our favorite spot! Great condo! Loved the deer that we could watch from the sunroom! We will stay here again! It felt like home.

This property was absolutely amazing. Comfortable down home. Host was amazing to work with. Would recommend to anyone. We will for sure be back. Very clean, nice neighborhood.

This condo was beautiful, but if your wanting to spend most of your time in Eureka Springs, this condo was too far out .

Only real issue was lack of communication from the host prior to our visit. No confirmation of the reservation, no email explaining check in process until a day and a half before our arrival. We were panicking!

Well maintained and welcoming

This home/rental was great! It’s at the end of the street and there are trees all around. There is a lovely sunroom with great seating to watch the squirrels playing in the trees while drinking your morning coffee or tea. It is decorated tastefully and the furniture and beds are comfortable. The outdoor space has a seating area, grill and a chiminea. Getting to the property with owners driving directions was easy, though getting off the “island” may have been challenging once. 😉. Communication with rental owners was quick and easy. All around great place and I would recommend with five stars.

This condo is very nice. We will definitely be back. Its close to Eureka Springs which is a very cool town. We attended the corvette gathering over the weekend and loved the fact that the condo wasn't in the middle of all of it so we felt like we were out of all the hustle and bustle of traffic and what not, allowing the best of both worlds! The busyness of the corvette event in Eureka Springs but the quietnes of the condo, watching a family of deer only feet away from us while we were enjoying our coffee on the deck. We enjoyed the fact that there were separate bathrooms for our friends and us also! Alot of reeding was done in the sun room! This place was ideal for us this weekend. Thank you for a great stay!! Baseboards were a little dusty but everything else was top notch! (I own my own cleaning business so im probably the only one who would ever notice this)

The condo was wonderful. Exactly as shown. James had to come set up the test but he was there immediately when we called. Everything was clean and easily found. Loved sitting on deck and watching deer, squirrels and birds playing and eating. We even had a chipmunk one day.This is not on the owner but it would be nice if they had pool access or if there was a pool for renters. My bad for not checking. Roads are a little tricky but by Thursday we could navigate.
