Back at the house, the back deck offers a serene retreat with high table seating, Adirondack chairs, and a propane grill for alfresco dining under the stars. Inside, the bright and open living space is perfect for unwinding, while a separate home office caters to digital nomads seeking a quiet workspace. Additional comforts of home include a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, WiFi, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern, stainless steel appliances. Streaming is only with guest own accounts, and there is no cable.

Things to Know
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
