Our property is located in a peaceful residential area that is currently undergoing some revitalization. Across the street, you may see a few houses that are unoccupied and awaiting renovation. While these homes are not lived in, the neighborhood remains safe and quiet. We take your safety and comfort seriously, and our property is well-maintained to ensure you have an enjoyable and secure stay. We hope you appreciate the tranquil atmosphere and the potential charm of the area as it transforms.

PLEASE NOTE OUR HOUSE RULES:
-Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 11am.
-Our property is strictly non-smoking.

We had activities at the University of Houston and this was a PERFECT location! It is right off the freeway so you have quick access to head into fun downtown spots or even Starbucks up the road. I would not consider it a walkable area as it’s near some busy streets but close to everything. This place was a great little getaway to unwind. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen had all of your basic supplies for a wknd away. I will be back for sure.

Me and my best friend chose to stay at Ashley’s place and it was absolutely beautiful. We stayed for a whole 8 days and she was so nice! She allowed us to check in earlier than 4 pm due to our flight landing earlier than we expected. The house has 2 rooms and a very spacious living room/kitchen area! Quiet neighborhood for sure! The only thing is the area is getting gentrified at the moment so some areas around the house are a little dark but it didn’t feel dangerous at any point. The house is close to Literally everything is within a 5 min walk to UH , lots and lots of fast food places around ! A gas station right across as well. If you’ve never been to H- TOWN and you have a car (which I recommend having because because you’re gonna need a car to get anywhere heređŸ˜…đŸ€Ł) this house is right off the highway as well ! everything was within a 15 minute car ride with traffic included. Me and my best friend already made plans to return in the future đŸ™‚â€â†•ïžabsolutely loved it.

Perfect location for events at UH

We were unsure of the area since we arrived very late at night but we had zero issues and the location was perfect for getting to and from UH! The AC unit is only in the family room but by the time we went to bed, the bedrooms had cooled down and were fine for sleeping (Sept. stay.)
