Welcome to the cozy and chic house in the trees at Higgins Lake. Higgins Lake Treehouse is the perfect spot to enjoy time together as a family. The kids (big and small) will love the hot tub, heated garage, ping pong table, foosball table, and outdoor space on the deck. Enjoy all of your meals together at the massive dining table located in the great room. The home is a 3 minute walk to the water and beach at Sam-O-Set Beach and Park and also conveniently located to Good Times Party Store. Pet friendly!

Great stay for our group of 10 and a pup! Had everything we needed and the host was super kind and responsive in making sure we had a great stay! Just a short walk to the beach and short drive to a store with was very convenient. Definitely recommend staying here!

We spent Christmas at the tree house and it was beautifully decorated with a tree, lights and garland on the fireplace and other decorations. The house was very clean and we had great communication with the hosts. Would stay again.

We loved staying at Higgins Lake. This house had everything we needed and the garage/outdoor set up was awesome. The beds were comfortable as well. We already are planning our stay for next year!

Amazing property and hosts. Would rebook this place in a second. Host was amazing to work with. If anything the pictures don’t do this property justice. Public beach is a short walk away.

Children loved the hot tub and heated garage with ping pong table. Lots of room, good size kitchen. Lots of beds. Would stay again. (Tubing at nearby Hanson Hills was a blast)

Loved our stay. So many things to do. Garage hang out area was so nice for our annual family vacation, even the teenagers were happy. Hot tub was a huge hit! Owner was super nice and very helpful. Sam O Set beach is very rocky near the shoreline, water shoes recommended.

Home is super cute and had ample room for 6 adults! Close to Houghton Lake and Grayling. Host was friendly, accommodating, and accessible and maintained ample communication leading up to and during our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze!

Wonderful place to stay at Higgins Lake!

We had our 5 adult children with us and this house was perfect for all of us. We had so many amenities and it felt like home while we were here. We appreciated all the thought and understanding of what we would need for the week. This is our second time staying here and we will be back again!!
