AC in bedrooms, game room with game table and flat screen TV (along with 5 others in the house), loft with movies and books for downtime, great room for family and friend time, and THREE BEDROOMS + DEN for space spread out and decompress. Relax in the hot tub at the end of a long day of hiking or skiing! Minutes from JF/BB, Hickory Run, and other mountain attractions. A 5-minute walk to community amenities.


Living/Dining/Kitchen
An open floor plan between the living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV that has an Amazon Fire Stick and an electric fireplace. The dining table has seating for 8 people and there are 4 stools at the kitchen island. Highchair is also available upon request!

Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, toaster, blender bullet, coffee maker and Keurig machine with an assortment of K-cups.

Bedrooms
Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms-one has a queen size memory foam mattress and pillows to feel like you're sleeping on a cloud! The second (the den) has a twin mattress with a trundle.

One guest bedroom upstairs has a queen memory foam mattress along with two twin bunk beds and a designated desk for all your calls on a 'workcation'! The other bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress as well.

All 3 bedrooms are equipped with TVs.
Pack n' Play available upon request.

Full guest bathroom conveniently located downstairs with a shower. The upstairs full bathroom has a bathtub. All bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer.

Upstairs Loft is a cozy spot to read, watch movies, or just relax in a more quiet and private space in the house. And for just the opposite vibes, the downstairs game room is a fun spot for all ages to play all sorts of games!

Backyard
Breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the fantastic outdoor amenities this retreat has to offer. The spacious backyard has a full-size porch, a private dining area, and a BBQ grill, while the upstairs porch is the perfect seating area to gaze at the lake views! There is a hot tub to relax in after a long day of hiking or skiing and a club house with a pool, lake, beach, tennis/basketball courts and much more to enjoy…

The perfect place to WFH. High speed internet with coverage booster to ensure you can take all of your video conference calls without interruption.

This is a pet friendly home (dogs only)! We charge $150 per stay with pets in order to deep clean in case of allergies for guest who arrive after you.

Upon arrival, you’ll receive 8 wristbands for amenities and car tags for registered vehicles. Children 5 and under do not need wristbands. Our house is a very short walk to the marina, where the courts are also located. It is also just a 5-minute scenic, lake view walk to the pool, clubhouse, and beach!
