With views of the Cherry Point shrimp boats and the Kiawah River, this Seabrook Island 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa is just minutes from the Seabrook Island Beach Club, the marina, Freshfields Village, and Kiawah Island. Located in its own private community, guests have access to a serene, quiet location, its own complex pool overlooking the Lowcountry marsh, a designated outdoor area to grill, and a community dock for fishing and kayaking.

This end-unit, first-floor unit has a bright, open space living area. The living room has a comfortable sectional, a large flat-screen TV with cable services, ample seating, recessed LED lighting, and incredible marsh views. A dining table off the living area seats four. The kitchen features granite countertops, new appliances, counter stools, ample cookware and serveware, and a carafe and K-cup coffee maker.

With incredible views of the Kiawah River, the master bedroom offers a plush king bed with a dresser, hanging clothes rack, chair, and an ensuite bathroom. The newly remodeled bathroom features an oversized shower, large vanity, and toilet.

The guest bedroom features two additional beds (a queen and a twin), a nightstand, chair, closet, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For a sixth guest, a comfortable air mattress is happily provided upon request.

Guests love the Lowcountry breeze off the water as they lounge on the porch with comfy seating off the dining area.

A stackable washer/dryer is within the unit for the convenience of our guests. A few laundry pods are provided as well.

• BEACH: 3 miles away. Please note that beach chairs are not provided at this property.​​​​​​​
• CLUB AMENITIES: Access to the Seabrook Island Club is optional. Amenity cards are available for purchase, offering access to the Beach Club pools (open seasonally), golf, and tennis.
• POOL: Access to the private complex community pool overlooking the Lowcountry marsh is included. Optional access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools is available with the amenity card. The outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is also included.
• MAXIMUM OVERNIGHT OCCUPANCY: Maximum legal occupancy of 6 guests. The property features a king bed, a queen bed, and a twin bed, with a twin air mattress available upon request to comfortably accommodate the sixth guest.
• MAXIMUM PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 overnight vehicles and 2 gate passes. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) count towards the 2-vehicle maximum limit.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
• PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000510.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: A non-refundable fee applies for Damage Protection Coverage. A designated outdoor grilling area and community dock for fishing and kayaking are available for guest use.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

• WASHER & DRYER: A stackable washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKER: A standard carafe coffee pot and a Keurig single-serve machine are on site. Please bring your own ground coffee for the carafe option or use your favorite Keurig K-cups. An assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners is available.​​​​​​​

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $55 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. This property is strictly limited to a maximum of 2 overnight vehicles and 2 gate passes per stay, and LSV golf carts count toward this total.

• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Here are our favorite things about this unit!The view is amazing, at all times of the day.The living room is comfortable and has plenty of seating for your group. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nice and updated.Only steps outside the unit, there is a well maintained boardwalk to the marsh with bench seating and boat tie ups on the small dock. Perfect for a little fishing, relaxing, hopping onto a boat, launching your paddle board or just admiring the marsh's beauty.Location is 1 mile from Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina.You do not enter through the main Seabrook gate (gated community is just outside the main SB gate) and so very easy entry and exit. Bike ride to the beach is about 2 miles or so, depending on the roads you choose to take.To note, there is a screened in porch with nice seating and a small view of the marsh. The porch is not large, but my husband enjoyed the space to do some work and enjoy a cigar in the evenings.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will be back!

Perfect getaway

Check-in was a smooth process, and the condo was very clean and welcoming. The marsh view through the large living room windows was so relaxing and peaceful. It was a convenient location to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Highly recommend

Lots of hoops to book, but worth the INCREDIBLE View

This was such a great place to stay for the weekend in Seabrook! You are right by the entrance to the island so it is only a short drive or bike ride to Freshfields Village with shopping and restaurants. As I said in the title, there were a LOT of forms to sign and hoops to jump through to stay & get the parking pass, but I assume that comes with the gated community territory. Truly an amazing view out of the window, honestly couldn't get enough of it. I would definitely recommend this stay!
