Dans la belle île de Paros, et plus précisément à Aliki, nous avons créé les Villas de luxe Afrodite de Paros.

Ce magnifique bâtiment est situé sur une colline à Aliki et offre une vue panoramique sur la mer Égée. C'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de la vue sur Antiparos, Aliki et les îles voisines.
La villa dispose de 3 bâtiments séparés avec un total de 15 personnes et est très pratique pour 2 ou 4 ou 6 ou 8 ou 10 ou 12 ou 15 personnes.
Le bâtiment principal comprend trois chambres à coucher, trois salles de bain, deux cuisines et un grand salon avec tous les équipements et une piscine privée.
Le deuxième bâtiment comprend deux chambres, un canapé-lit, une salle de bain, une cuisine avec tous les équipements et une piscine privée.
Le troisième bâtiment a une chambre à coucher, une salle de bain et une cuisine avec tous les équipements, deux canapés-lits et spa privé hydromasaz.
C'est le choix idéal pour les personnes qui souhaitent se détendre, se reposer et profiter du luxe offert par la villa Paros Afrodite.
La villa s'étend sur une superficie de 10 hectares offrant aux visiteurs le confort dont ils ont besoin, entourés de lauriers. Emplacement idéal pour un mariage, une fête de baptême et bien sûr pour un mariage.

Ce bâtiment est situé à 150 mètres de la plage d’Agios Nikolaos, Aliki et à 500 mètres de la plage centrale d’Aliki. Vous pouvez rejoindre la villa facilement à pied ou en voiture.


Comment se rendre à la villa: En avion
Le vol Athènes-Paros dure environ 30 minutes. L'aéroport de Paros se trouve à 2 km d'Aliki.

En bateau
Des services de ferry quotidiens relient le port du Pirée à Parikia. Voyager en ferry prend 4 heures et demie, tandis que la grande vitesse 2 heures et demie. Le port de Parikia se trouve à 10 km d'Aliki.
Il y a des services de bus réguliers d'Aliki à Parikia. Pendant la période estivale, les services sont horaires.
Lorsque vous descendez à l'arrêt de bus au stand de St. Nicholas à Aliki, suivez la route pour Après 250 m, à votre droite, vous verrez notre villa au sommet de la montagne.

Lieu: Aliki est une station balnéaire située sur la côte sud de Paros. À l’origine, c’était un petit village de pêcheurs, mais il est maintenant très prisé des touristes. Il y a de nombreux restaurants sur la plage proposant une cuisine grecque traditionnelle, des cafés et des bars. Vous pouvez rejoindre la plupart des plages de Paros à pied (Aliki, Piso Aliki, St. Nicolas, Tripiti et Faragas).

Pendant les mois d'été, vous pourrez participer à plusieurs événements culturels tels que la résurrection de Saint John the Klidona le 23 juin et une fête le 6 août.

Les plages d'Aliki sont particulièrement chères aux amateurs de sports nautiques. Ici, vous pouvez nager ou plonger dans des criques profondes ou peu profondes, occupées ou isolées. Vous pouvez également visiter le musée du scorpion

Belle villa mais trop chère et description peu compréhensible - Nice but too expensive

La villa était belle mais pour le prix, nous avons été un peu déçus. La vue est belle mais il y a des câbles électriques partout Aucun barbecue n'est possible à cause du vent Problème électrique avec la climatisation (résolu en un jour) mais toujours un problème lorsque nous avons cuisiné Pas de lave-vaisselle (nous étions 12) 4 petites cuisines mais pas une grande Pas d'eau potable Pas de villa vraiment privée car la même entrée était utilisée tout le temps par la villa juste en bas (la voiture des voisins prend le même chemin et cela pouvait être dangereux pour nos enfants) Une autre chose est que nous sommes arrivés la nuit le premier jour, nous avons donc été facturés 5 nuits mais nous y étions vraiment 4 jours et 4 nuits Les 3 villas que nous louons n'étaient finalement pas nécessaires ... Nous aurions pu être dans seulement 2 villas (la grande et celle avec piscine) ... Avec un prix moins cher. Il n'était pas facile de comprendre depuis la France comment étaient les villas. Sinon, la vue est belle, la piscine est grande et la villa est bien placée. The villa was nice but for the price we were a little bit disappointed. The view is Nice but there is Electric cables everywhere No BBQ is possible because of the wind Electric problem with AC (solve for AC in one day) but still problem when we cooked No dishwasher (we were 12) 4 small kitchen but not a big one No drinkable water No really private villa because the same entrance was used all the time by the villa juste down (car from the neighboors take the same way and it could be dangerous for our kids) Another thing is we arrived at night the first Day so we was charged for 5 nights but we was really there 4 days and 4 nights The 3 villas we rent was finally not necessary... We could have be in only 2 villas (the big one and the one with the swimming pool)... With less expansive price. It was not easy to understand from France how was the villas. Otherwise, view is nice, swimming pool is big and location is OK.

We had explain to you before your arrival that even you choose to arrive at the villa day or night you had to pay for your stay . You slept 5 nights you payed 5 nights, we have emails from you about this payment issue and before and after your departure. Also us know your payment was from the system of Vrbo that means it couldn't be more clear. We don't agree with most of your comments but we always try to understand them and to do our best . Thanks a lot about your stay and we hope to see you soon again.

A pool with a view!

The owner/host was very friendly. He met us at a nearby hotel and took us to the property which stood high on a hill near the village of Aliki in Paros. The pool and the grounds were spectacular with quite the view, but the main house was small and dark. After looking back at the listing on VRBO, I realize that there are no photos of the interior of the main house, only photos of the two separate smaller apartments, one of which we also rented, that are much newer. We spent most of the time outside so the dark house didn't matter much. The beach was a steep walk down the hill but doable, as were restaurants and local shops. We drove most of the time with our elderly mother as there are several free parking lots. At the house, the towels and sheets were professionally cleaned. The wifi, however,​ worked great out by the pool but not at all when inside either of the dwellings.

Hello dear Julia, Thanks a lot for your kind review but we can’t understand the meaning of a dark house. Our villa is one of the brightest villas is Paros with sun and fresh air 360 degrees all day and inside and outside of the villa. Especially in Greece we have outside of the window shutters to protect the Sun to go inside of the houses because is too much light. I can’t know if you didn’t open them to let the sunshine in the house . Although I am glad that you enjoyed your staying. Regards Arsenis

Beautiful location & host!

Thank you Arsenis for a fabulous stay! We originally rented the smaller unit with the dipping pool, but had two friends surprise us on our trip and Arsenis was able to put us in the larger unit with the big pool! The unit was perfect for the 4 of us! Breakfast and dinner outside on the patio every day, enjoying the sunsets at night. Easily walkable to beaches, but preferred having a car. I would definitely stay there again! Gorgeous island!

Gorgeous spot

The view is spectacular and the buildings were great. Arsenis responded to questions quickly and helped out with car trouble and other advice. You do need a vehicle if you are staying there, and set a plan for your arrival before you land (no wifi at the Paros airport). Meeting at the Galatis Hotel just down the hill from the house would be smart.

wonderful location, great host, fine house but under equipped kitchen though. Also, I think there is a total of 4 kitchen(ette)s. The consequence is that (inside) there is no real area to seat or cook for a big group. In all, I would recommend it taking the above into consideration.

Great location and beautiful view.

We were a group of nine friends that rented two small villas each having three bedrooms. There was a mixup between what we thought we had rented and what the owner said we rented but our gracious host, Arsenis, made it right and we had a great time. The next time I rent a villa I will contact the owner before renting to confirm the number of bedrooms that we are renting. The first of the two villas is of newer construction with a small plunge pool and is devided into two units each with a fully equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated. I rate this villa 5 star and would highly recommend renting it. The second villa was quite a bit older and was also fully equipped but the bathrooms and kitchen could use some updating. They were adequate but it was hard not to get the one bathroom wet when showering. This villa had a large outdoor pool and beautiful well equipped terrace (lots of seating) and outstanding views. This villa I rate a 4 star but could easily be five star with a few updates. Renting both villas was perfect for our group and I would recommend it for a family as well as a group of friends. We loved the location which was walking distance to two beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We had a wonderful time exploring Alyki as well as the island. Our host Arsenis gave us excellent guidance on restaurants and things to do. Many thanks to Arsenis for helping to make our visit memorable.

GREAT Weekend for a Family stay

Great view, great town, great host!

We had a perfect week here before the summer season began. The Villa is a traditional Cycladic style home, with a 100 year old grape vine (saved during the renovation) draped through the overhead trellis over the outdoor seating area. The view is spectacular as the Villa sits on the highest hill on a peninsula with at least 180 degree views of the sea and nearby islands. The town, Aliki, was sleepy when we were here, and perfect because the locals were still able to enjoy the town before the tourists arrive. The other towns on Paros are nice, but we enjoyed Aliki best and we're glad we stayed here. There are beach paths for miles and dirt roads that wander by beautiful homes. Best of all, perhaps, is the host, Arsenis, who has family ties in the area, and was available anytime for assistance or restaurant recommendations. We loved our stay, and hope to return one day!

We'll always have Paros...

This is less of a review and more of a thank you note to Arsenis for opening this villa up to our family and giving us a fabulous, quiet, beautiful vacation. The villa is perched above a tiny fishing village called Aliki. You can drive or walk from the villa to several beautiful beaches in Aliki. Or, just relax under an olive tree by the pool overlooking the Aegean. While lounging at the villa don't be surprised when flocks of white doves fly past against a perfect blue sky. You'll be encouraged to pick delicious bunches of fresh grapes that grow on the pergola above the front door. It's that idyllic. The town is very authentic and charming, with plenty of restaurants and bakeries. The famous spa beach and golden beach are a short drive away. We arrived by ferry and rented a car. Aliki is probably 20 minutes drive from the port. We wish we stayed longer, and would definitely go back.

Relaxing location, Scenic views and Exceptional Hospitality

We rented this villa in May 2016 with friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. Arsenis, the owner, was at the airport quickly after a phone call. He is a very nice man! The property is a 5 min drive from the airport. In fact, from the villa's pool you can see the 4 daily flights landing. Don't allow this to concern you. The planes are not noisy jets, just turbo props. And, the last flight is at 1820. The first at 1230. The property has incredible scenic views. When at the villa, we were outside most of the time. There is a nice barbecue that we utilized several nights. There are ample glasses, plates, pots, pans and silverware. If you enjoy cooking as I do, I'd recommend packing a sharp knife. There was a chef's knife, but not sharp. The villa has a new refrigerator and washing machine, but no dryer. This was not a problem as there is a drying rack with plenty of sun and breeze to dry our clothes. Arsenis has also recently outfitted the villa with heating and AC. Fortunately, we did not need these. Aliki is a friendly, quiet seaside village. It has several very good restaurants. We loved having breakfast at Kafe Mapina. Maria runs it and is a very nice lady. For other meals, our favorite was Mouragio. We experienced excellent fish and pasta dishes there. They have a salad made of split grape tomatoes, soft local cheese and kritamo(?) I think that it is a type of seaweed. The dish was one of our favorites. Arsenis could not have been friendlier. Whenever we had a question or concern, he was very responsive. He surprised us a couple of times with a bottle of wine. Then on my birthday, he surprised us with decorating the kitchen and providing a delicious birthday cake while we were on a day trip to Mykonos. When we left Aliki, we felt like we were saying goodbye to a dear friend.

The best villa in Paros

I went with my boyfriend and we had a really romantic experience. The location is great, with view of the ocean. We went in September everything in the city is perfect with nice restaurants and beaches. We stayed there on my birthday and it was lovely I hope i have the opportunity to go to Paros again, we'll definitely stay there again

This week in paros was amazing,when we arrived in the island we take the road to aliki and find the villa afrodite our first Impression was ouaou... What a view.. With fantastic private pool and nice barbecue.The Rooms was great and the bathroom lovely.Aliki village is very close with nice beaches and restaurants, love this area.

Breathtaking view, pleasant stay

Amazing place, close to the most beautiful parts of the island, well-maintained property and very clean. Ideal place for relaxing with family or friends. During our stay the owner helped us with everything we needed! Its really breathtaking view makes you to just want to stay there and relax by the pool! However, there are a lot of beautiful places close by. Value for money choice!

wonderful stay in a paradisiac villa in Aliki

We spent 12 unforgettable days in the best villa in Aliki, everybody told us that was the best, best panorama, nice atmosphere everything so greek and traditional. The villa is situated on the top of hill in Aliki, you can see the home from anywhere , it does mean that from the edge of a great swimming pool you'll have the best view of ever.. Anyway the beach is a stone's throw from there, village is very close as well! The owner,Arsenis is very sociable and loyal person, may be the most popular person in the village , he's always ready to grant any kind of request , everybody knows him, and that is great because the fist day he introduced us to many people , since the first day we had contacts everywhere, i think it's important. My family and I strongly recommend him and the villa for any kind of situation ( family, romantic stay, or friends ) Davide Paladino

perfect!!!!

I was in Paros late april for vacations with my family,what an island... i was in love with this island years ago and finally we manage to go there for ten days.Paros and espesialy Aliki is a peacefull place with fantastic beaches and traditional restaurants on the beach a fiew metres from our villa ( Makri miti and faragas the best.. ).Now about the villa is sow nice that a lot of days we didn't moove at all from the swimming pool and the fantastic sunset..the children loved it and for me and my wife was like our second honeymoone..the inside is also very nice and new with all the facilities .Arsenis the owner was there for everything that we need ,he give's us information about Paros ,beaches restaurants,cars.I hope to be there again next year...i loved that place.
