2 bedroom 1 bath and 720 sq feet of comfort. The Greene Rabbit is situated perfectly behind a shared yard but you really wouldn’t know it because it still holds its own space ( front and back). Very close to downtown. Walk in Laundry room. Fully equipped / stocked eat-in kitchen. Living room has sofa and TV. The Greene Rabbit is a place you want to hop on down the lighted pathway, stopping at the front porch of the entrance. The House is in the Historic College Heights area of Durham. Downtown is less than 3 miles away (2.1 miles). The American Tobacco Trail is one block away from the Greene Rabbit. Come enjoy the quiet and private Greene Rabbit in a neighborhood close to everything that makes the Bull City great, including Durham Performing Arts Center, Duke Medical Center, and North Carolina Central University!

This was a great stay, honestly one of the nicest rentals we've stayed at. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and with everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen. Communication with host before and during was easy and quick. We would stay again and definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect- plenty of supplies, including items typically forgotten on a trip. The kitchen looked well stocked with dishes & utensils, even though we didn't cook a single thing on our sister's weekend. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go (especially DPAC) and lots of local places to eat.

Home away from home

My family and I stayed at The Greene Rabbit for a week while we were in town and it couldn’t have been better. We were all comfortable, the area was peaceful and everything was beautifully done with having all the conveniences of home. Depending on where we wanted to go, we were anywhere from 5 to 30 mins away from stores, restaurants and nearby cities which made this location even better. The owners were wonderful and we will definitely be back whenever we are in town for an extended stay.

My wife and i have been on a 2 week roadtrip staying in vrbos all over 3 states and this was by far the cleanest and nicest and most welcoming place we stayed in. My wife greatly appreciated how clean the home is and the clear and easy written check out instructions. She also liked that the host doesn't use heavy scents and sprays. They had a hand writen note for us a nice book with places to eat and drink . Geat amenities. Only had 1 thing i can knock on this place and that is the beds are like sleeping on granite. Over all though we would stay here again and i would recommend, unless your sleep sensitive to ultra firm beds.

1st time vrbo use!

Very impressed. Loved the location. Felt safe. Beds were a little firmer than I like but still very enjoyable stay. The amenities provided were very nice. Was thankful for the extra tooth brush. I thought I had packed everything but the kitchen sink but had forgotten my toothbrush. Would definitely recommend this place if Durham, NC!

Adorable, cozy family home!

The Green Rabbit was amazing! Mitzi the host and Tina her assistant were so attentive to all of our needs and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. We had one very minor concern and Mitzi was prepared to take care of it that night. We told her no rush and Tina was there the next day to assist us. If and when I need to stay in NC again, the Green Rabbit will be the first place I look up. It was spotless and so comfortable and felt like home as soon as we arrived. ❀
