Discover the beauty of Durham from this adorable one level, 2-bedroom with den/office townhome. Guests can enjoy the comfort of 2 king beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and 2 full bathrooms: primary bedroom has one double vanity and a walk in shower and hallway bath has bathtub with shower. Large flat screen smart TVs in both bedrooms and sitting areas. Large private deck that is steps away from walking/biking trails. Enjoy the beautiful trees and birds while sipping your morning cup of coffee. A short walk/drive to The American Tobacco Trail, dog park, and so much more! With AC, WiFi, and washer and dryer. Your stay will be amazing! We look forward to hosting you at our place!

Property is adorable and very clean. Appreciated the two king beds. Comfortable and cozy. My only concern is that at night it was difficult to locate the property as gps was not accurate and unit wasn't well lit from outside or visibly numbered. Much easier to locate during the day. Owner was helpful and responsive. Wonderful getaway. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Accomodations

This property is accessible to many amenities and an easy drive to Duke University. The unit is located in a quiet, pet friendly neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was provided. The house had thoughtful and unexpected touches in the kitchen and bathrooms, such as coffee sweeteners and flavored creamers, microwave popcorn, butter, bottles of water and lotions, wipes, a comb and spare toothbrushes. All wall switches were labeled so there was guessing on which switch controlled what! The house has a central locking system, nice televisions in all rooms, and a very beautiful and very realistic looking (and sounding) electric fireplace. The beds are very firm - totally a personal preference issue - some will love them, some may hate them. I am looking forward to staying here again when I visit Chapel Hill!

Durham Getaway on the trail!

This was a great location to visit our family. We were walking distance on the trail from our son’s home. If you need access to the Woodcroft area, this is a perfect spot. Beautiful trees and birds, which we loved. Spring was in bloom. We were even able to walk to a local coffee shop for a sweet treat. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well.

This is a truly beautiful home. The accommodations were perfect for us - 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with a king bed, and 2 bathrooms, one en suite and another full hallway bath. The kitchen and living room were well appointed and comfortable. The office was a plus! All rooms were stuffed with so many amenities...I can't imagine anything you might need that isn't there. The host was extremely responsive to questions. Check in was easy, as was check out. I should also point out that this home is in a very desirable neighborhood in Durham. The view of the trees outside the windows was breathtaking! We will definitely be staying there again!

OUTSTANDING

The townhome was spotless and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was in a great location, and the neighbors were friendly. Jacqueline was very responsive and communicated well throughout the process. She deserves to be recognized as a "Premier Host." I will definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Durham for a visit.

Fantastic stay that felt like home

Our family of 5 stayed at Jackie's place for a month while visiting family. We picked it because of the layout, to allow our kids to spread out with the den/office, but it turned out to be everything we could have wanted and more for a long term stay. She thought of all the little things you don't know you need until you really need them - laundry baskets, plenty of extra towels and bedding, first aid kit, umbrella, drawing paper, lighter, you name it. The space was more luxurious than the pictures can show - the beds were sooo comfy and there were nice touches like nightlights and soft carpets. The house was really well insulated and stayed cool even in a heat wave and power outage after a bad storm (during which Jackie sent up to the minute updates as soon as she received them). The location was perfect - so many different shady paths through the neighborhood great for running on and very close to the American Tobacco Trail for longer bike rides. It was quiet, the neighbors were nice, and it was an all around peaceful neighborhood close to what we needed. I don't have enough good things to say, just that anyone looking to book here will have a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was easy to find/access, was clean, and was very comfortable for our family. I really appreciated that the house had plenty of clean towels, and bathroom and kitchen accessories. I also appreciate that the host left some welcome items for our stay. We would definitely stay again.
