We were groups of 7 and had enough room for all of us. View was perfect! Owner was polite and offered us to check in earlier without extra charges, which was appropriated! will definitely be back!

Beyond excellent!

My all adult family of five stay here in Chad and Elizabeth’s gorgeous condo in phase 3 of Las Palomas resort. It was a wonderful time. The condo was gorgeous and very well equipped for everything you would need. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in outside of our home. Phase 3 of Las Palomas is amazing. Great beach access, amazing pool, great swim up bar and a very little crowd. We will definitely consider staying here again.

The property was awesome. Everything was perfect. No complaints at all. I will definitely be coming back soon. One of the best experience Ive had with Vrbo. Will recommend 100%.

All I can say is, OUTSTANDING!!!! We had a wonderful time at this condo! The views were AMAZING, and the condo was beautiful! We loved the modern, clean, yet comfortable feel to it - very inviting. And we enjoyed the main property as well. Spent a lot of time at the beach, the pools, lazy river and gym. We loved it, and so did our teenagers. We’ll be back for sure. And the owners were wonderful too! They were very responsive and helpful! You’ll love this place!

Beautiful condo

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo is super nice and stocked with EVERYTHING. We've been to Rocky Point many times and always stay in phase 1 or 2. Phase 3 condos are very nice and brand new. The only thing is that this condo didn't have room service, beach towel service or the bracelet that has your credit card on it for ordering at the bar. With that said, they have a washer and dryer with detergent and a ton of beach towels that you can use. I would definitely stay there again.

Nicely appointed. Clean crew could have done much better. An extra paper towel is suggested. Only half a role when we arrived and only 3 small dish rags and one dish towel.

First time visiting Rocky Point and this stay just made it 100% better. Everything was clean, great views, fully loaded kitchen and fun toys to use at the beach plus towels were provided. Very spacious and the 3 separate bathrooms definitely helped with 8 people. I would 100% re-book when returning with a large group. Communication was seamless and very accommodating. Check in was difficult as we were unable to find the check in office since they are under construction. We drove around for 15 mins but easily flagged an employee who led us to office.

We had a fantastic stay at this ocean-front three-bedroom condo in Mexico. The views were stunning from sunrise to sunset, and the space was spotless and comfortable for our group. Communication with the owner, Elizabeth, was outstanding. She replied quickly to every question and made check-in a breeze. The condo has thoughtful, brand-new amenities that made everything feel fresh and easy, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked (pots, pans, sharp knives, basic spices, coffee gear - everything we needed to cook at home). Beds were comfy, AC worked perfectly, and the building felt safe and quiet. Beach access was steps away, and we loved winding down on the balcony to the sound of the waves. We’d happily stay here again
