Notre condo est au deuxième niveau et aussi près de l'océan que peut l'être une chambre. Les vues donnent sur Sandy Beach et le Vieux-Port. Pas besoin de prendre l'ascenseur car ce n'est qu'un escalier.

Ce condo privé dans la phase 1 est très bien entretenu et décoré sur le thème de la plage. Comprend un nouveau lit king-size à plateau-coussin et des draps de haute qualité. Profitez du temps dans la cuisine gastronomique bien garnie avec des comptoirs en granit, des sièges de bar et un système de filtration d'eau par osmose inverse. La salle de bain a une douche en verre debout avec des murs en travertin du sol au plafond partout.

Vous obtiendrez toutes les finitions de la phase 2 avec les vues de la phase 1. Ils sont les meilleurs de toute la station.

We loved staying in this unit, easy to access by stairs, close proximity to both the beach and the pool areas, and a great view of the ocean! The unit was as described, had everything we needed for our stay, and we'd love to stay again :)

We stayed at this condo in Las Palomas Resort for 6 days and had a great experience! The room was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. We loved that it was on the second floor—no need to use the elevator—and it still offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool right in front of us. My husband, our two teens, and I enjoyed every moment, especially the pool and easy beach access. We would definitely book this condo again!

Perfect stay in Mexico

The property was great. Clean and looked just as listed in pictures. The only complaint would be with service at the resort and check-in but that is absolutely no reflection of Chad or his condo. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great morning sun!

This was a great location if you like the morning sun. Condo was well appointed and very easy to have breakfast in house and enjoy the view. Everything was clean, the bed very comfortable and a nice place. Our only issue was with the resort itself. We have stayed at this resort several times with great success but this time they were doing maintenance on the hot tub in this phase so that made it unusable, one of the restaurants was closed due to remodel (Citron) which we would normally frequent as they have a great happy hour and our keys didn't work twice when coming back to the room (which was due to batteries, they just didn't replace them the first time) - just some annoyances but other than that - great location on Sandy Beach where you can get tons of shells every morning.and see beautiful sunrises.

Thank you for the kind words about our condo! I am glad you enjoyed the unit. I apologize you had some resort issues. February is considered the "off season" and the resort tends to do most large maintenance projects in the winter months. We just had an updated lock added to our unit that uses RFID cards instead of the older swipe technology. I was at the unit last weekend and it is a night and day difference! Let us know if you would like to book again in the future!

Love Rocky Point

Arrived @11am and notified receptionist. Was told to come back for keys right @1600 which I did. Room not ready, short on staff per Receptionist. Offered dinner for 4 in their restaurant (awfull experience, food arrived 1.5 hour later , no kidding and it was cold). Room was clean ( not really clean since cleaning lady just finished and there was water all over floor and dirty mope was left in washer room)but anyhow didn’t complain since we where exhausted that day. Everything else was perfect like my post say I love Rocky Point and Las Palomas always stayed there. Property manager really helpful, maybe if there is some money saved he could change patio furniture. Thx

I am so sorry for your check-in experience. This is unfortunately common this year. There is a boom in reservations and the resort has not been able to staff fully since Covid. :/ We are actually here right now and brought a new washer/dryer and are shopping for patio furniture. :) I hope you enjoyed your stay other than the issues checking in!

We finally made the move to purchase a beach home and we have no regrets. We are excited to share our condo with you and hope you come to love Mexico as much as we do!
