Wonderful Stay!

The house is so comfortable and in a perfect location to the beach. The community pool is also lovely! The house contained everything we needed for a great beach week - beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, outdoor shower, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Love love loved it

We had such a great week at your house. This place had everything we needed(beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, ect) and more.Very clean and such an easy walk to the beach. Tennis court and pool were a hit. The kids enjoyed the games and puzzles. Hot tub and out door shower were great! Thanks for helping our family make memories!!

Home away from home

I have stayed at several locations on N Topsail island over the years and Gay Dayz is by far my favorite vacation home! It’s so welcoming that you literally feel like you are at home. It has great features and the owners have provided just about everything you could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to bikes, boogie boards, lawn games and even surf boards! Love the outdoor shower and 2 screened in porches. And being just across the street from the ocean and the pool is ideal. Gay Dayz have gone above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing and comfortable stay with providing a beautiful vacation home.

Beautiful Home with tons of amenities

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Gay Dayz on beautiful Topsail Island! The Gay Family has truly created a perfect vacation spot, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. The house is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. There’s a well-stocked kitchen with all the essentials you might not think to bring, plus bikes, boogie boards, and lawn games. The access to the tennis court and pool was a huge perk. The house isn’t directly on the beach, it’s just across the street, literally a stone's throw away. We loved having the beach on one side and the sound on the other, with access to each. There is a beautiful backyard with outdoor shower that was a hit with the kids after beach days! The two screened-in porches offered perfect spots for our family to relax. Overall, Gay Dayz is a perfect place for family. We love Topsail Island and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this gem!
