Updated condo, two master suites with king beds, private balcony

Almost 1000sq ft 2nd floor condo sleeps four. 2024 remodel incudes new vinyl plank flooring, paint, linens , towels, 3 tvs, free cable and WiFi New extra firm king size mattresses, sofa and full kitchen with toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, dishwasher ,fridge, microwave, dishes and silverware. The place is very clean and our on site cleaner won awards for her hard work. Pool , hot tub and beach are very nice with a view of the Perry monument on Put in Bay. Blackout curtains on all 3 massive sliding doors. 1 covered parking space included be careful it is a bit narrow. Comes with 2 parking spaces and pool passes with front security gate opener. Unit 27 on 2nd floor does have stairs to access.

Four adults and 2 little ones. Clean, great design change by adding a second full bathroom. Had a little trouble cooling back bedroom. Suggest mattress pads for comfort. None deal breakers because apartment was so comfortable, spacious, and well appointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the condo in Port Clinton. It was well appointed and more than everything we needed. The 2 master suites were perfect for 2 couples and the location was close to our planned adventures! Highly recommend the Jet Express over to Put in Bay and Champion Charters with Captain Jim for a day of Walleye fishing! We caught our limit and the day on the lake was FANTASTIC!!! Thank you again to Bev ... she was great and answered all of our questions before and during our stay! Highly recommend you to book this property. You will not be disappointed!

Overall the property worked well for us. The main negative was the stairs were awkward with our suitcases and grocery sacks. The LG tv was awkward to use. User instructions would have been very helpful. The covered parking was a plus..

Beautiful property for a lovely long weekend

Everything was very nice, as described, and very suitable for our stay. I do need to mention that the deadbolt lock handle has fallen off on the inside, so we couldn't lock the front door at night. Please maintenance the lock.

Great location and beautiful pool and grounds. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. We didn’t give it 5 stars because the noise made it hard to sleep. We heard sirens, trains and cars all night every night in both bedrooms. Plus the beds were not comfortable. I guess if you’re used to sleeping on hard beds, then you might be okay. Also, please note that you have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the condo. Overall we really enjoyed our stay except for the few things listed above.

This is a lovely place to stay with everything you need included. The location was very convenient and having a pool and being near the lake made our vacation very relaxing. There is definitely traffic noise that was most noticeable in the bedrooms late at night/early morning so just something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper.

Perfect Fourth of July

We had a wonderful long weekend to celebrate the fourth. My young sons both LOVED the small beach, pool and hot tub - so much so that they didn’t want to leave the complex! The condo was perfectly sized for the 4 of us and the kitchen well stocked for the meals we stayed in for. On the deck area we were able to see about 5-6 different fireworks shows around the lake and put-in-bay. Also very close to the Jet Express. Highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Girls trip

We were very happy with the location of the property. Very close to downtown Port Clinton, Marblehead and the ferry. The property on the inside was very clean and the grounds were really nice with a pool, hot tub, fire pit area a small private beach area and plenty of room to sit and watch the waves and a great view of sunsets. Two minor things I will mention is I felt like there wasn't enough lighting in the living room and the beds were hard (but we still managed to sleep fine in them). Overall a good experience and I would recommend it.

Great condo complex

Very convenient for Lake Erie vacation. Condo pool and grounds are beautifully landscaped with great decks for watching the lake and its wildlife. Unit is spacious and nicely decorated with new appliances.

Great location, comfortable stay!

This condo is located in one of our favorite associations, the Shores. We enjoyed the pool and deck overlooking the lake, beautiful sunsets! The condo was clean and very comfortable for four people, we had 2 couples total for each night. There were plenty of nice, new towels in the bathrooms, but you may want to bring your own towels for the pool unless the owner adds them to the condo for future guests. The property manager, Bev Bucher, is exceptional!

Beautiful place to stay

Condo was very clean and stocked with everything you think you will need and even the things you didn’t know you would need! It’s a nice quiet place with a beautiful view! Owners were so friendly and helpful during communication. Highly recommend this unit!

Great experience. Only hiccup was that the website said "sleeps 6" and it only slept 4.But we got an exception for 5 but not the 6.
