This brand new apartment is ideally situated on W Hancock Avenue in the heart of downtown Athens! This unit is perfect for game days, relaxing weekends, parent's weekend, or a fun getaway. This space has luxury hardwood floors, top of the line finishes, a walk in-shower, and a fully outfitted kitchenette. There is no on-site parking offered, but there is ample street parking and surface lots near by. This unbeatable location is a short walk away from UGA's Arch, Sanford Stadium, and all of the best that the Classic City has to offer!

Outstanding Location in Athens

VRBO is very nicely appointed; the king bed and sheets are great, bathroom and shower are top-end. I was there for two weeks, so having a W/D in the room was a huge bonus as was the pull out fridge and freezer drawers. One block off downtown meant easy walking access to restaurants. The coffee shop in the same building is very nice as well.

Great location!

The location of this property is awesome. Really can't beat it. We weren't aware that the coffee shop next door was under construction. It was LOUD. They worked late and they were up early doing construction so that was not great. The room is also very tiny. We were surprised by how small it was when we walked in for paying over 600. They also don't have great blinds or any window covering above the door so the hallway lights are very bright at night.

The room was exactly as it was in the pictures. Had everything we needed in the kitchenette, and the coffee shop next door was perfect for breakfast! The host was very responsive and helpful, we were able to check in early, and we actually stayed an extra day, it was so perfect. (We were in town to go to AthFest with our grad student. So the proximity to downtown was perfect, and it wasn’t too noisy if we went back to the room early.) Thank you so much for everything!
