We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the house is located ideally. It is river front with view of the mountains for morning sunrises and easy walk into town.The host are extremely responsive and just good people The house is exactly as shown and immaculate clean.We have been coming to Ennis for 30 years and this is our first time to stay on river and intend to stay here in future I highly recommend this propertyLW

Wonderful Fishing house!

We had a fabulous time at Stay on the Madison River! The view from the front windows is amazing. The house is clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Guy and Linda were great hosts. The river is right there. Deer walk through daily. There are plenty of birds to watch. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay!

Perfection!

The place is just as described and perfect! We loved the location, quiet and peaceful. The unobstructed views, the ability to fish right in the front yard if you choose to and of course the quaint little town of Ennis. This place and location is definitely a "little slice of heaven". We are hoping to return next year with our grandson! Once again, thank you for a lovely stay indeed!

Peace like a river on the river. The home offers everything needed. The hosts are amazing.

My son and I had the most relaxing vacation on the Madison River in this beautiful home. Float, fish, walk 3 min. Into middle of downtown Ennis, or sit by the fire and take in the awesome scenery and sounds.

Anniversary Stay

We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and gift basket for our 40th anniversary stay for four nights. The house is cozy and comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. And right on the River, and convenient to town (walkable). A beautiful place.

Fishing getaway

We wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. The hosts were very kind and hospitable and the property was wonderful . Being within walking distance of Main Street was really convenient for trips to restaurants, fly shops and Willie’s.

PERFECTION!

Best vacation rental ever - the place was perfect in every way and couldn't have been better. Home was spotlessly clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient. Linda and Guy were wonderful hosts and Ennis was great. We really enjoyed the beautiful views and fishing on the Madison River.. We plan to return again next year - but will definitely stay longer!

Annual Ennis vaca

This is our second year in Ennis. We love it here. The house was wonderful. We enjoyed ourselves very much. View is spectacular house was cozy. Owners were great and gave us our privacy. We are in the hospitality business. It nice to see other ppl take as much care and joy as we do with our business. We will be back and will refer this property to all who want to visit Ennis. We need to stay longer next time and leave our phones at home. Haha

Great stay on the Madison

Thank you Linda and Guy for maintaining and sharing such a great property. If there were 10 stars available for cleanliness, we would give it. The view out of the picture windows doesn't get any better. The weather turned cold during our stay but the house is very warm and we were plenty comfortable . It's stocked with everything we needed. WIFI and TV systems worked great. Our compliments to your cleaning staff. They are the best. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back. Thank you.

Our Stay on the Madison

Beautiful! This home was absolutely perfect for our long weekend getaway. My husband has visited this part of Montana before, but this was his first stay in this rental and it was my first time tagging along. Everything was wonderful. You could walk into town and fish from right out of the backyard. We spent a day in Yellowstone and a day floating down the Madison. The home had everything you could need. Thank you Linda and Guy! We had a beautiful trip.

wonderful stay on the Madison

I brought my wife and 2 young sons out for a week in and around Ennis and this house was wonderful. Beautiful view of the river and the Madison mountain range. Guy and Linda could not be nicer or more kind. Quick 3 block walk to Main Street for meals/drinks/shopping and the town stocked trout pond. You can't go wrong with this house if you're looking for a 2-bedroom rental. Thank you so much Linda and Guy for everything, we look forward to seeing you again our next trip!

We are a married couple with three grown children, currently spliting our time between California and Montana.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We spent our first few years as a married couple in Montana and we couldn't wait to return to this beautiful area for our retirement. We enjoy fishing and the outdoors but we also wanted to be walking distance to other activities that the town of Ennis has to offer. We rent out this property when our extended family is not visiting.

We hope that you enjoy the quiet tranquility of life on the river. While also taking advantage of the many wonderful treats that Ennis has to offer, everything from community events like the annual rodeo and fly fishing festivals, to the shopping, entertainment and yummy local eats.

We fell in the love with the charm of Ennis and the undescribeable beauty of Montana. And we hope you will too!
