Erie Shore Cottage is located in a private development on the Shores of Lake Erie. The Cottage is 600 ft Down the Street from the Association Beach. We accept Pets see fee & requirements. There is Play& picnic area next door as well. The Location is ideal Getaway! to go Fishing, kayaking, lay on the beach or just relax at the cottage. There are Restraints, parks and historic Monroe is nearby. Located just South of Detroit and North of Toledo the cottage makes for a easy getaway vacation!

The Cottage has a cozy interior with a light and bright open great room.

Fishing trip

This property was exactly what we needed. It was clean, safe neighborhood, and many restaurants nearby. Not to metion close Sterling state park and Detroit river as well

Beach Access within 2 min walk

My husband and I had a delightful stay at this property over the 4th of July holiday. The charming and well-maintained house, coupled with its proximity to the beach, made our experience memorable.

Just what we needed

Quiet little place short walk from lake Erie, private neighborhood, walk around the corner to the clubhouse to see lake Erie.

Disappointed

After working and driving all day with an unpredictable schedule. I arrived to my destination late not knowing there were two lock boxes. Some it was late I understood why owner didn’t answer, still being very upset. I was very worried going up and down the steep steps. The back set of steps have a two by 4 plywood covering hole. The outside side was rather unclean but inside tighten up.

DISHONIST Lexi failed to read the check in directions correctly, no communication whatsoever that she was arriving at midnight, furthermore, Brought SEVERAL DOGS to the property without permission. Regarding the property there is no hole in the step but a repaired crack, typical for a older home. not sure what she was referring to unclean out side.

The house was cute and was located close to Lake Erie. However, it needs some TLC. The outside needs to be power washed. The windows need to be cleaned. They’re pretty dirty. The windows in the kitchen that look out onto the side of the house, do not have any curtains or window coverings, so at night people can easily see in. The bathroom has some tile that has been taped together and some tape on the door frame as well. There are cracks in the plaster. There were a number of bugs in the house, everything from nats to things that look sort of like silverfish with wings to spiders. The kitchen was well outfitted, and there was a Britta water pitcher in the refrigerator, which was nice. The owners are very easy to work with. All that said, I would not stay here again. It was not a good value for the cost.
