Main bedroom with queen bed and large closet. Second bedroom with convertible chair to full size bed. Living room has a full size sofa bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher. There is a nice sized deck off the laundry area with table and chairs. We are within driving distance to Portland, Kennebunkport, Old Orchard Beach and Saco. We are walking distance to the Eastern Trail.

This was a perfect location for what we wanted to do, very well equipped, and very clean. We enjoyed being able to relax on the back deck in the evenings. It was so nice being able to relax in a homelike setting in the middle of our travels. We would absolutely stay here again!!

This was an ideal place and setup for a family get together centered around our matriarch who lives at Huntington. The kitchen was well equipped, appreciated having a washer/dryer on site and the back deck was delightful.

Portland is ajout 35 minutes. Location is key and installation are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Check in is easy and kitchen is well stock

Adele and Walter’s property is beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Kennebunkport, ME. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon!

The rental was very well equipped and a good location 10 minutes from Kennebunkport. We enjoyed the nice little outside deck.The only negative was that one of the bedrooms was set up as an office with a large desk and fold out futon (not comfortable) rather than a bed. It could probably fit 2 twin beds or a daybed with trundle which would allow 2 people to sleep in that room without having to open and close the fold out sofa each night.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The instructions were very clear and the property had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and even though the shower was a tad bit small, it worked perfectly! There was a little patio and table to enjoy the sun outside and the little driveway gave more than enough room for a car. Nice little getaway from the town center.

perfect for the visit

Perfect location for us for visiting family in Saco, and Kennybunk during thanksgiving. Close to shopping and visiting the neighboring towns and citys. It was very clean and organized, had everything we needed. The electronic fireplace was great to have on when winding down in front of the t.v. the only complaints are that the master bed was a little firm for our taste and the "Alexa voice" on the t.v. when you did anything t.v. related got annoying. but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place

Great place, very clean. Has everything you need for dishes and cookware. I needed a platter for cheese and crackers and they even had that. Enjoyed sitting out on the back deck reading my book. If I had to change one thing it would be a different sofa. But perfect for what I needed. Thank you to the hosts for a great clean place. I would definately book this one again.

Arundel Home

The place was great and conveniently located! I would suggest having an iron/ironing board added to the amenities. It's inconvenient not to have one when attending special events on vacation. For whatever reason, some of these properties don't have them which is strange since that's a basic amenity at a hotel.

Very nice!

A very quiet area, so if you’re looking for a little peace, this is your place. After a humid day of traveling from Boothbay, I could not wait to get to my next stop.I was so happy to be welcomed by an air conditioner running when I got there!! Much appreciated! This new home did not disappoint, everything was clean and tidy and beautiful. The hosts did a wonderful job. Thank you for opening your home for people to come and relax, high end everything!!

This property was the perfect location for my husband and I. It's not huge, but this was all we needed. We are originally from the Biddeford area and we have lots of friends and family within a 50 mile radius. This house is near shopping, the beaches, plenty of restaurants, the famous Bentley's Saloon, easy access to the Turnpike. Everything we needed was in the house, paper products, dishes, soap, trash bags. I have stayed in some places where I had to buy all these things, so it was great to have them available. The bed was pretty comfortable. The road noise can be a bit loud especially early in the morning, but not terrible. There was a great place to get my morning walk in across the street. There is a washer/dryer on site. The appliances are all pretty new, but a word of caution the washer is a bit loud. I guess some of those non-agitator washers can be noisy. The sofa is a sleep sofa, it's not the most comfortable. I think 2 recliners or something would be better in the space, but we honestly didn't spend much time inside watching TV, just later in the evening. There was also an extra sleep space in the front room which is also like a little office. Check in was super easy and Adele was quick to respond. She's a great host! I highly recommend staying here and will do so again.
