Notre belle maison se trouve au bout d’un canal avec une vue occidentale sur l’intercoastal. Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables. Deux chambres de maître avec balcon et une chambre supplémentaire. Den a des lits de jour jumeaux. Grand salon, salle à manger sur la véranda, cuisine / bureau et bureau. Maison 8 personnes

Super quartier. Marchez ou faites du vélo à Atlantic Avenue, des magasins et des restaurants.

Nous louons à occupation simple famille pour les locations saisonnières et plusieurs semaines seulement.

Les tarifs n'incluent pas les frais de ménage.
FL applique une taxe de séjour de 11. 5%.
Nous recueillons un dépôt de garantie pour les locations de vacances remboursables soixante jours après l’occupation. Le loyer complet est dû 90 jours avant l'occupation.

Everything about this stay was excellent! The home is roomy and cozy. Very elegant and location is amazing. The home has a chef dream kitchen, beautiful views of the pool and intercostal. I would definitely stay there again!

Charming beach house

We enjoyed our stay at the "Monkey House". It was a great location and suited our needs. It's about a 15 min walk to the Ave and just a block from the beach. The house is full of historic and meaningful family pieces which was neat to see and made us extra careful to not disturb. The kitchen was recently renovated and was nice and modern looking. The outdoor area was a highlight with the pool and intercostal access.

Spacious comfortable "family" home

My husband and I rented this house for two weeks- we shared it with my son and daughter in law and their 2 toddlers for the first week and with a couple who were longtime friends for the second week. The house was perfect for both- We couldn't have been more comfortable- there was plenty of room for everyone and lots of room for the kids to play. The house was amazingly outfitted- especially, the kitchen- we didn't want for anything. Both Rosalind(the owner) and the property manager couldn't have been more helpful- We would definitely return- as would my 2 year old granddaughter- who said "the monkey house was great".

Stunningly beautiful house and property

We couldn’t be any happier with our stay at this property. The house and pool and dock were just perfect for our family and we absolutely loved our time there. The sunsets were a daily gift!

very pleasant to work with

i had a very enjoyable stay at the house. the location was perfect. not far from the beach or downtown. the pool and outdoor view of canal was a pleasure to wake up to and end the evening with. i appreciated the history of the owners family and enjoyed the many beautiful antique pieces. my only suggestion is that i would put a few more comfy chairs for tv viewing. many thanks for sharing your home with me

Wonderful house for family gatherings

A very comfortable and well-equipped house for a family holiday. The house has lots of dimensions - deck, pool, gardens, terraces, sitting areas etc - which gives a large group plenty of space. The deck and water at the back and the beach just 2 mins away make for a great combination of activities together with all the various activities in Delray Beach. The neighbourhood is very quiet. There is also very prompt and efficient property management service provided. We plan to return!

Tax retreat

My stays at this lovely Family Home in Delray Beach has been a dream come true. Close to the beach, a pool in the property, waking up and be able to see a canal with boats and the smell of the sea it's more than anybody can ask for. The house is outrageous, lots of room, barbecue, decorating is amazing and has all the necessities you need for a vacation. Close to shopping centers, restaurants, etc....I do recommend this vacation rental to anyone that wants to have memories of a good time spend away from home....!!!

Monkey House - The Best

We have been so fortunate to be able to visit Monkey House in Delray Beach. The house accommodates family and friends nicely. A beautiful pool in the back yard, where you can watch the boats racing down the intercostal waterway. A short walk to the beach, where you can look for sea glass and sea beans. A short distance to Atlantic Ave. with wonderful shops, restaurants and nightlife available for all to enjoy. The house makes it easy to layback and read, use the pool, barbecuing for lunches and dinner. Great place to gather, enjoy each others company and share the days events. We have been visiting for five years. The fifth year was as exciting as the first. We look forward to coming back again. Thank you for opening your home to us.

"Come Home" to the Monkey House

I grew up in a beautiful house not too far away from this one, and watched this one being built when I was a child. What a treat to stay here for a week, with my family. We had a great time together...and, because the house is so spacious and well equipped, we were able to entertain friends as well. Everyone that came in the door, raved over how beautiful the house was...and they were right! I can't wait to go back!!

Wonderful home for large groups

My two sisters and I and our families stayed at this fabulous house for the week of Thanksgiving. We had 10 people sleeping there and we all had our own beds and could have slept a few more had we needed to. The downstairs is very spacious and we loved the ability to walk to the beach and the Atlantic avenue shops as well as having a pool in the backyard. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and made a few things for a 90th birthday party for our dad and had all the utensils and cooking implements that we could have hoped for. Can't recommend it enough especially if you are a large group. Would love to come back again.

Wonderful House!

We just got back from our stay here and it was fabulous! The pictures do not do this house justice. The rooms are very spacious and clean. A wonderful layout which is very comfortable for a large group . Classic decor with an upscale old-time charm. Awesome pool and view! I would highly recommend "The Monkey House" to anyone wanting a large, comfortable, convenient vacation home. If you can pull yourself away from the pool and intercoastal views, the short walk to the beach is worth the trip. We also walked to Atlantic Ave for the shops, restaurants and galleries. I've stayed in many different places in Florida and Delray Beach and this house ranks right up there as one of the best places to stay.

My family and I stayed he...

My family and I stayed here November 2004. I have to say my family was very, very happy staying at this beautiful home. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable. The pool was perfect, scenery beautiful, location only a short 1 block to the beautiful beach. You could not ask for a better place to stay. I hope to come back again.
