Let me introduce you to a spoonful of sensitivity at Cheongpa-dong, Ver's house.
I hope everyone has a cozy & comfy stay :)
a. Located in Yongsan-gu, the center of Seoul, you can travel to major areas within 30 minutes (public transportation) :
· 10 minutes walk from Seoul Station, 15 minutes from Gongdeok Station
· Gwanghwamun/Gyeongbok Palace: 23 min
· Myeongdong: 18 min
· Hongik University Entrance: 30 min
· Itaewon: 20 min
· Namsan: 22 min
· Han river park(Yeouido): 27 min
· Sookmyung Women's University: 3 minutes
b. Convenience stores are within 2-minute walk (Seven Eleven, CU, etc.)
c. You can enjoy the cityscape of Seoul with a view of Namsan (accommodation for up to 5 people)
[Livingroom]
· There is a 43-inch 4K TV where you can watch Netflix/YouTube and more
· Bluetooth speaker
· Free WiFi
· There's a big table where you can use a laptop comfortably
[Bedroom]
· Cozy & soft beddings are prepared
· You can enjoy the night view of Namsan at the sofa while reading books or drinking beer or wine.
· Multi-chargers(C-Type, 8-pin, 5-pin) and full-body mirror also available
[Kitchen]
· There are a gas stove, microwave, electric pot, dishware, refrigerator, etc. for simple cooking (please avoid roasting meat or fish. it's really hard to get the smell out)
· Water purifier available, so you don't have to buy heavy bottled water!
· There is a table for four and chairs, so you can have a leisurely meal
· Tableware, cutlery, pot, frying pan, wine glass, wine opener available
[Bathroom]
· washing machine and a drying rack are available, so it's convenient for long-term stays (with detergent)
· Amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, hand wash, towel, dryer, straightener, comb, roll comb for drier (toothbrush not available)
· Check-in: 5 p.m. / Check-out 1 p.m
(Please keep the check-out time to reorganize for the next guest.)
· When you check out, please recycle and dish washing
· It is an apartment house where other neighbors live together. Pets and smoking are prohibited, and please be careful not to cause complaints due to noise
· Costs may be charged in case of fabric contamination such as bedding, towels, and rugs or damage to property in the accommodation
· No designated parking space available.
