The Black Barn offers a perfect retreat for unwinding on the deck while grilling burgers, sipping wine or coffee on the Main bedroom balcony, roasting s`mores over the campfire.

There are 2 full bathrooms: 1 soaker tub and 2 showers.
A full-functioning kitchen with a dishwasher, a large island for food prep if that is something you enjoy, and a large table that accommodates 8 and 3 stools at the island. We also have air conditioning.

This neighborhood is great! All amenities are only a quick drive away, yet when at the cottage, you can enjoy some peace and tranquility.

Shediac, being the Lobster Capital, is a mere 8 mins drive and you will find beaches local shops, restaurants, the Point du Chene Wharf, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and of course the fish markets where you can buy your lobster and other fresh seafood. There is also an outdoor farmer’s market in Shediac every Sunday morning during the summer.

Please note there are neighbours in close proximity on one side of the house. Please follow local bylaws regarding quiet time after 11 p.m.

Location is easily accessible by the Trans-Canada highway and 8 mins to Shediac. There is also a convenient grocery, liquor store and gas bar just up the road.

Please rinse your feet before entering the home, after being at the beach.

Just a heads-up: When you check in, we`ll put a $500 hold on your credit card that you used to book your stay. This hold will be released within 72 hours after you check out, provided everything`s in good shape.

CANCELLATION. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any credit card processing fees (these credit card fees only apply when booking direct or through VRBO or Booking.com).
When raining, please remove outdoor footwear to prevent floors from swelling.
