Our 3 bed 2 bath home is centrally located with a fenced in back yard! Less than one mile to downtown shopping and fabulous dining. You can enjoy all the activities of the National Cherry Festival and the TC film festival by walking or biking. 30 minutes or less drive time to Flint Fields (Great Lakes Equestrian Festival ), Interlochen Center for the Arts, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, and OldMission Peninsula. This completely remodeled home is located on a double city lot and offers a private park- like setting. Within 2 blocks you can visit Right Brain Brewery, TC Whiskey Co. or connect to the TART trail for hiking, biking and kayaking. Take a day to Explore the Grand Traverse Commons with dining, shopping and Bocce ball. While you’re there, don’t miss the tour of the State Hospital grounds; some have experienced ghostly moments!

A true gem, every aspect of our stay was beyond expectations. House is thoughtfully furnished, the grill and bedding were standouts!! Communication was quick and efficient. Awesome!

great neighborhood, close to walking trails, great kitchen. somewhat awkward layout and bathrooms very small. kitchen was wonderful. for one person it was perfect for the month that i stayed.

Great set up & location

Clean house with many amenities & great location! We were also able to use the garage for our motorcycles which was a greatly appreciated luxury. We will definitely stay here again if it's available for our next trip to TC.

Amazing location and a home away from home

Thanks so much for welcoming us in your vrbo. So much space, comfort and the amenities for our family! The location was a short walk to downtown or Boardman Lake and an easy drive west to the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Would love to visit TC and stay again!

Wonderful home in a peaceful neighborhood

My family of 4 adults, a child, and our dog just finished a stay here. The property was very clean and appeared just as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and the two separate full bathrooms were wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with the cooking ware you need to make just about any meal. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Location to TC Whiskey and Right Brain Brewery was fantastic! And the TART trail was a joy to have so accessible. The owners were extremely easy to reach and helped with all our needs. The AC went out right before we checked in and they had already gone out and purchased very nice large window units for us to use until the ac was fixed a few days later. You are in great hands with them. 5 stars!

Girls weekend

The owners of this property could write the manual on how a rental house should be equipped and furnished. Loved everything about it. I’ve stayed in a lot of rental homes, and I have not seen this level of detail before. This house was equipped exactly the way you would want it if you lived there full-time. There were several small touches that certainly were not expected, but made it even more special. The kitchen was equipped with brand new dishes, flatware, pots, pans, appliances, including a Keurig machine complete with Starbucks pods. The beds were comfortable and all of the linen and towels were in perfect shape. There were USB and electrical outlets readily available in every room. The communication was very prompt and thorough. Location was great and we enjoyed the easy walk to town. I could say a lot more about it, but you get the picture. Highly recommend this property and plan to return to it.

I’m a TC native, growing up on Boughey Hill (take Union St. south to the top of the hill!). I spent my school years going to St. Francis, just down the road. My husband and I bought this place because of its location and specifically because of the house number. I am one of 8 siblings and when I retire, moving to this house, 6 of 8 of us will be within 2 miles of each other, essentially coming home. Since my high school years, I can remember that we all began signing our correspondences with the salutation 123. Meaning it’s as easy as 123, I love you! This houses address is 123, so it seemed like it was meant to be! We are so lucky to be so close to our family, we get together as often as possible, and our husbands are good golf buddies. Amazing and irreplaceable.

This property is amazing, it is a double city lot, not easy to find. The previous owner was an over enthusiastic gardener planting so many amazing species we have never come across. Do you like Quince? We have one!
