Parlez beaucoup, en plein VIEUX VILLE !! Ce magnifique condo est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ© pour votre escapade d'Ă©tĂ© ou d'hiver, en plein cƓur de Park City.

La remontée mécanique est à deux pùtés de maisons du condo !! Deer Valley Mountain Resort est également à seulement quelques minutes, en voiture ou en bus.

Il y a 2 places de parking dans le garage pour votre commoditĂ© ainsi que des casiers Ă  skis verrouillĂ©s pour ranger vos skis ou planches. Il y a 3 zones de couchage. Le maĂźtre a un lit queen avec sa propre salle de bain. La 2Ăšme chambre a un lit queen avec sa propre salle de bain. La 3Ăšme chambre / loft a 2 lits queen et un lit superposĂ© avec sa propre salle de bain. Il y a une demi-salle de bain supplĂ©mentaire au rez-de-chaussĂ©e. Nous avons mĂȘme un matelas gonflable Ă©lectrique queen supplĂ©mentaire qui pourrait ĂȘtre installĂ© dans n'importe quelle piĂšce.

La navette passe également juste en face de l'immeuble. Les enfants adoreront l'équipement de jeu nouvellement installé, le skate park, le basket-ball, le volley-ball, le terrain de football, la piste de jogging, les événements spéciaux, tous situés au parc de la ville, juste devant votre porte d'entrée.

Vous voulez vous amuser la nuit? Le seul problĂšme que vous aurez sera de choisir parmi la vaste gamme de lieux de musique live ou de merveilleux restaurants, juste sur la rue Main (Ă  seulement 10 minutes Ă  pied ou Ă  deux minutes en bus).

Il y a aussi des magasins fantastiques à Park City ou juste à l'extérieur de la vieille ville.

Les fournitures, telles que l'épicerie, les aliments naturels et les boissons alcoolisées, sont idéalement situées au coin de la rue.

Wonderful place to stay in PC. Easy access to Old Town and mountain village. Both walkable but the bus stop is located at the unit. Also appreciated the comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of space for 2 families with 3 teenagers.

Great value and location

The condo is close to Park City the mountain and town. Both are a healthy walk or very quick shuttle ride away, and there is a shuttle stop directly in front of the house. The house was super clean and every room has its own full bath, which is very helpful, and the unit has plenty of space inside, with a very helpful foyer and garage for all your ski gear. There’s a large hot tub right outside the door shared with the other units in the building and we only had to wait for it once. The unit was impeccably clean and stocked well for our stay. The only minor criticism is that the decor is not super up-to-date style-wise, but the furniture and beds are comfortable. If you're there to ski and enjoy the area for a reasonable place, this is a great spot.

Great Vacation!

Host was very responsive. Location is perfect with the bus stop right out front. The living room windows were amazing especially on snow days. The park across the street was great for entertaining our 2 year old while everyone else skied. Would definitely recommend.

Best kept secret in Park City

This condo is a gem! Close to town, 2 block walk to PC mountain base — it was the perfect location. (Pro tip: Valet your gear for 15/night at the mountain so you don't have to carry it up and down the hill).Well furnished, clean & well-stocked kitchen — lots of spaces to relax alone or to hang out together. We will book again!

Surpassed our expectations

We had a great time at the house. The house is comfortable, well located (free bus stop at the door), with easy access and place to leave car and ski equipment. The outdoor jacuzzi is big, adequate and friendly if other neighbours join you. Nicely decorated according to the city and ski resort. Excellent and quick communication with owner.

Excellent Ski Trip

Great multiple couple or family property. Every bedroom having a bathroom and just all around great layout made for a comfortable stay. Some very thoughtful additions for kids like stepping stools by sinks.The property was walkable to the main base though up a big hill, short bus trip was a nice alternative if desired.

Family get away

We had a great time at this condo. It was perfect for our extended family. With the strike we spent more time at the condo and had a blast. Michael was great answering questions as well. We would definitely come and stay here again!

Great house for skiers

The house was in a great location, just a few minutes from Park City Mountain base. We were two families with school aged children and had plenty of space. The ski storage area was functional and kept gear out of the way. The property manager was extremely responsive to our requests. The kitchen had nice pots and pans. Overall a great choice for a week of skiing.

Fabulous Family Vacation!!

We had an amazing ski vacation, and this rental made the stay extremely enjoyable!! it is stocked with all the necessities for cooking your own meals and plenty of room for families!! There were a lot of bonus features, including cubbies to hold ski equipment right at the main entrance, heated floors in the bathrooms, lotion, and shampoo available to use! The owner and property manager were very responsive to all of our needs. The location to this rental is perfect. As you can walk to the resort daily or take the shuttle. It is also less than a mile to walk to the downtown area which is super convenient!! This was our first time in Park City and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute!

Easy peasy

Mike was very communicative with all of my questions. He made sure we were taken care of, and the house was very nice. About an eight minute walk to the lifts, which was important to us. And you’re pretty close to downtown. I would recommend this place

You get what you pay for!

A fabulous Home. Mike the owner was wonderful The price was up there a bit but worth the $$$. We had planned on 6-7 people and went down to 5. I almost cancelled for a less expensive location. This was very nice. The 3 full baths have heated floors. All the appliances were new. The (very large)hot tub is just step from the kitchen slider. The bus to the mountain(or anyplace else) is right out front. (both directions) If I have to state a negative, an extra frying pan would be nice. But the large electric skillet filled in nicely. Nice TV, Gas Fireplace, All Linens, Soaps and shampoos. Thanks Mike.... .

Michael was a great host - super quick on all communications and very helpful. The place was laid out perfectly for 3 couples. New bathrooms were great. The hot tub was perfect after skiing. I'd stay here again as it was a great place at a great value.

Ski Condo Park City

Outstanding location! Easy walk to PC lift or downtown restaurants/shops. Loved the heated floors in all bathrooms. A few concerns.....parking super tight with mid size SUV's, lots of stairs in condo, hot tub was dirty and we did not use, fry pans need to be replaced, fitted sheets in master came off every night.

Comfortable property, Awesome location

Property was great layout for multiple family visit. Short walk or convenient bus ride to the slopes, restaurants, groceries and Main Street. Host was accommodating and responsive. Park City for the holidays is a special destination!

We completely enjoyed our stay. We had 6 adults and the property was very spacious. The location was perfect for skiing, shopping, and restaurants. We will definitely try to stay there again when we return.

Couldn’t have been better

We rented Michael’s place for 4 weeks this summer and it couldn’t have been better. The location is perfection! The condo is easy to get to, in walking distance to so many shops and restaurants and is right next to a park that has many activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and we had plenty of household supplies for the month we were there. The rooms were great as well. We had plenty of storage for our belongings. We loved that each room had its own private bathroom. And the beds
 were so comfortable! Everyone slept well. Micheal was easy to work with and communicated quickly when we had a question. The other neighbors in the small complex were kind and inviting. They checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable. This was truly one of the best vacation home stays we have ever had. We will be back!

Great for family gathering

We had a great time skiing in Park City with another family. This condo has enough beds for the 9 of us ranging in age from 6 to adults. The living room is spacious enough for group meals and games. Takes less than 10 minutes on the shuttle to Park City Mountain Resort. You can even walk there but takes a bit of effort in ski boots. Owner is very responsive and on top of things.
