ABOUT OUR HOME
Enjoy our newly remodeled private 3 bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin), 2 bathroom home with fenced in back yard. This home is located in the Crescent Beach area and is only a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, living room with smart TV, dining area, and FREE WiFi. Each bedroom also has a smart TV. Our fenced in back yard features two patios for dining or lounging and an outdoor shower. Two onsite parking spaces are available with additional parking a short walk away. This house is NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING and PET FREE. Snowbird rentals are available.

LOCATION
Our property is located near Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, oceanfront dining, Main Street festivities, parasailing, banana boats, mini golf, and more. Other shopping and attractions are just a short drive away.

CONTACTLESS CHECK IN
On your day of arrival, you will receive a text message with an access code when the Home is ready for entry.

HOUSEKEEPING
For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and bath towels are INCLUDED in our rates and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure cleaning service. Daily housekeeping service or daily linen/towel service is not provided. A vacuum cleaner and washer and dryer are provided should you need to tidy up during your stay.

EXTERMINATING SERVICE
While we do employ a scheduled exterminating service and treat our yard regularly for pests, it is still not uncommon to find an unwanted visitor inside. The beach is a buggy place. Excessive pests, however, should be reported so that we can take immediate action to eliminate a disruption in your vacation enjoyment.

Toiletries - Only hand soap is provided

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our home is located in a residential area and our neighbors are permanent residents. Please be respectful of their privacy and observe quiet hours. They are not on vacation.
The minimum age to rent our property is 30. The person securing the reservation MUST accompany the party staying. We do have a security camera on the front of the house and do monitor arrival and departures.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Three generations enjoyed this property for a fun beach getaway. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach for fun in the sun and sand. The house is in a convenient location to local shopping areas.

Wonderful beach getaway

We had a lovely stay at this cozy beachside property. The space was clean and well maintained and the location was unbeatable, just a short stroll down to the beach. The host was communicative and helpful throughout the stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Better Than Home!

We had an amazing week at our home away from home and enjoyed it even more than home because everything was ready for us to just lean back and relax. The hosts were so helpful and communicated with us often to make sure we found everything as it should be. It truly is just a short 3-block walk to the beach and you can even see the ocean before you get there! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare our meals, the bed was extra comfy, and the washer and dryer eliminated the need for extra changes of chothing after our frequent trips to the beach. Excellent vacation home and we certainly plan to return!

Great find, will definitely return!

We have tried a few VRBOs in the past and we always feel 'tricked'. This time we were surprised in a good way. The decorations were tasteful and well done. "Very cute" according to my wife. The walk to the beach wasnt bad at all. We preferring the tucked away 'village' the unit was accompanied in over a slightly closer walk. It had a very efficient use of space. On paper we thought it would be tight, but we loved it. Its nice to have separation downstairs from the kids upstairs, but they felt close enough to feel comfortable too. Really nice outdoor, private shower beach clean up area. The house stayed nice and cool. Kuereg, basic hardware/utensils for cooking a meal. We understand it was new on the market and we will definitely return if it isn't booked out!
