Modern Minimalist Suite 101

Welcome to our unique newly built building, where you can experience comfort and style in one of our 12 studio-style rooms. Each room is designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with its own private entrance, king-sized bed, queen pull-out couch, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. The first three levels of the building consist of four studio-style rooms. On the 4th level of our building is a complete 360° view of the beautiful Helen, Georgia. It offers relaxation and places to enjoy food and beverage. Our deck has tables and chairs that overlook every angle of the center of Helen. Beautiful Adirondack chairs overlooking every direction. We offer several rocking chairs all around to take in the breathtaking views this beautiful German Bavarian town has to offer.
The space
You can find the perfect home away from home in this beautiful studio located on the first floor of the building. It has all the necessary amenities, such as a king bed, a queen pull-out sofa, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining area, television, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The studio is perfect when traveling for business or pleasure who want to have their own personal space with the convenience of modern comforts. Whether you need to work remotely or just relax and take in your new surroundings, this studio is sure to meet your needs. Our building is located in the center of Helen, Ga. Making it easy to leave your car parked during your stay and getting around town with ease.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space felt welcoming and well taken care of, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect, convenient, and close to everything. This is a great spot. The location is perfect. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the unit above us was rented and we heard every single step they made :/. Luckily they went to bed at a reasonable time but if not that could have been tough. The only other issue we had was the hot water wasn’t quite as hot as we would prefer. On the positive side it is clean and had all we needed for the two of us to have a great weekend!

Perfect little efficiency apartment close to shops and food. Apartment well decorated and cozy with almost every detail was in place. New apartment. Beautifully decorated. Big kitchen and full size fridge. We were only there one night but if we had stayed longer the kitchen would have been very handy. Easy parking for 1 vehicle. Great location. We could have walked to multiple restaurants but it was pouring rain so we drove. Would stay there again.

I was impressed with the studio apartment. Very comfortable and clean. Only problem I had was not getting my entrance codes sent to me the day of check-in. Call and message thr host and received assistance quickly. Also, they need to state the name of the building on the address ond the the reservation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Very convenient quiet and for the most part clean. I only had a couple of suggestions that would help make anyone else's stay exceptional. The shower is beautiful!! But it really needs a Grab bar. A full-length mirror inside the closet door would be a huge help. For the cleaning service more attention to the cleanliness of the floor is necessary. grab bar.
