Beautiful treetop condo with vaulted ceilings and a great deck that offers an amazing view of 40,000 acre Greer's Ferry Lake, known for its great fishing and water sports. This penthouse unit has two large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and another with two queens. The condo has been beautifully updated and has wi-fi and a huge smart TV. Two full bathrooms allow guests plenty of room. In Fairfield Bay, you will enjoy the pools (there are five of them), tennis, 2 golf courses, pickle ball, and the lake. Fairfield Bay is a throwback to vacation towns of old, perfect for family getaways.

We rent condo's pretty frequently in the area due to keeping our boat at Fairfield Marina. Would definitely consider using again.

Too short but so sweet!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was perfect and offered us morning and evening views from the balcony. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed and we cooked in every evening. The hosts were extremely helpful when we had questions. The area had so much to offer boating, golf and hiking. We felt safe and everyone we met wore masks to keep us all safe which we appreciated greatly!

Enjoyable Area

We enjoyed our stay in the area. The condo has a great view and is conveniently located to activities in area. Comfortable accommodations but the bedrooms are very bright at night due to outside lighting on the complex. We had a little housekeeping issue we alerted the owner about when we arrived and they are looking into it. Local property manager was excellent to communicate with.

Thank you for the comments on the parking lot lights. They are a new addition. I reached out to Public Works and the lights are now on timers so won’t be an issue in the future.

Awesome

This was an awesome place to stay. The view was great, walking distance to the pool. Bring your own beach towel. Everything thing was comfortable. There is out door patio furniture for you to use on the balcony.I did not know and we brought fold out chairs. I would definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay

It is always nice when a stay exceeds your expectations! We really enjoyed our stayed here and there were many positives that need to be mentioned: - super close to pool and other activities - the AC worked perfectly on the 100+ degree days. - the bed in the master bedroom was awesome!! Sooo comfortable. The kids stayed in the guest room, so I’m not sure about their beds…but we loved ours. - everything we needed (towels, dishes, etc) was all there and easy to find. - coffee maker was perfect :) - great communication with the owner made things really easy. So all in all, a wonderful stay for us! 5/5 rating.

Clean and comfy

The condo was clean upon our arrival. No issues with check-in. The pictures are a good representation of the unit. Furniture was comfy and in good condition. We were only there for 4 days, but I'm sure we'd enjoy a much longer stay.

Labor Day Weekend

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for Labor Day weekend. The condo was perfect- spacious, great patio with plenty of seating, everything we needed for cooking, and of course that beautiful view. Short walk to the Cool Pool for drinks, food and swimming. We would love to stay here again for future trips.
