Basement, Bedroom 4: 1 queen, 1 twin. With en-suite bathroom (shared with sofa sleeper guests)
Basement living room: Brand new, comfortable, queen sized sofa sleeper.

—We offer plenty of parking for our guests, including a detached 2 car garage if needed-so parking your boat/jet ski’s wont be a problem.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Each bedroom offers a large closet. New mattresses, and comfortable pillows.
Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. 4k Roku sticks for streaming options. Plenty of cell service. Tons of board games to enjoy, including brand new Cornhole boards located in the building beside the hot tub. A full size pool table is located in the basement. Kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal, (including a Keurig) and each bathroom is stocked with a start up amount of toilet paper (larger groups will likely need to stop and get more). Washer and dryer located on main level.
Gas grill located on the upper deck, as well as a brand new 6 person hot tub on the lower deck. Let’s not forget about our unique Golf Pad! For once it will be enjoyable to watch your ball splash down into the water.
